I'm probably a little late in leaving this review because the last 3 visits I've had the same awesome budtender whose name is Angie. She has quickly risen to be one of my favorite staff members. Matt, Jen, and Jacob are all wonderful and in the last couple of years they have become my favorites there. However, in my last few visits I have loved getting taken care of by Angie who is super kind, knowledgeable, and nice to talk to. We've talked about favorite strains, White Widow and Durban Poison, new products, and she even laughed at a horrible joke I made. It was probably more risqué than horrible but she was totally chill and we definitely had a nice laugh! I will do you all a favor and not repeat the joke here. You're welcome! Story has definitely grown to be one of my favorite dispensaries in town and I recommend checking it out. I am shocked at how Story Cannabis operates. I called the store for over four hours trying to check the status of my order—no one answered. I rely on CBD tinctures for pain management, not recreation, and their complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Waiting over four hours for two tinctures is ridiculous, and ignoring customer calls shows a blatant disregard for the people who depend on your products. If you value your consumer base—or basic human decency—do not operate like this. Access to pain relief shouldn’t be treated as optional. Story Cannabis: this is not how you serve your community.

I've placed multiple on-line orders only to have the dispensary cancel them without messaging or calling me. I tried calling repeatedly from 9-11am. No one ever answered. This is why you should never hire potheads for customer service.

The Budtenders are very knowledgeable about all 420 products & merchandise. I always tip at least a couple bucks or bring in an extra chicken bacon ranch calazone for gratuity and thank you for your service & expertise. Let's take care of our Budtenders any food treats or spare change to tip. Love this place ❤️ 💕 😍 ♥️... 50% storewide sales until the end of September..
