TJ was amazing man very knowledgeable and overall amazing customer service experience. I'll come back because of him. Thanks again for the cereal milk stizzzy pre rolls they are amazing!

First time to this location and everyone was extremely kind, hardly had to wait for pick up.
First time here and I'm already hooked! When I came in, the process was quick—ID scanned, and then I was immediately greeted by a friendly team member with cool twists. He walked me through the deals and gave me a fantastic recommendation for some bomb weed. Since I bought an ounce, I got to play the claw game and actually won an extra half-ounce! Talk about beginner's luck. I'll definitely be back.

I love Story! They are my #1 and my constant go to. Their deals are the best, I’m always seeing new brands and product and thier staff is awesome. I think I’ve been cashed out by all of them..really, they all are great! Tonight Joe helped me and he is always friendly and super thorough. I do think their online/pickup needs some help, it’s slow going a lot of the times I’m in & sometimes you’re there longer than the walk-ins and that’s a bummer. I do like that they have door security (not many do anymore) although lately it does seem they may have switched companies and it definitely hasn’t been the same caliber of guards, in my opinion.

This has been my GoTo since The Phoenix. Now Tolleson I’ve had 2 very Bad Experiences. This last One might be the last one. Sad to let this store Go it was great up until Now….. As I mentioned this is the second experience where I felt as a Loyal Customer Very Very lied to. They had a deal on line. They didn’t respect it. Manager came and told me they had a problem with the system for 2 days. Drove all this way for a good deal. They didn’t respect it or honor it.
1 of the best shops around!! wonderful staff and very friendly aswell!
Why does the price keep raising on certain products?? That’s wak concentrate went up 50% original price certain brands

I usually Love this place and spend $200/$400 every time. The security gaurd this morning was rude and vibe completely off. When I went in they read off the correct things I got, when I got home I saw it was the name but not the correct strand, when I called the lady was very rude saying it was a leafly problem, not theirs. Any other place I have ever been to the past 6 years if they see you order something on leafly and they do not have it they will call or text you to ask about a replacement. I just got stuck with a $60 cart that I can not use due to the strain... Sucks that I need to find a new dispensary, because again I really liked the guys vibes when I pick up my order but due to this mess up and the Lady gave no apologies and very rude at her explaining.......Again anywhere else gives common courtesy, this place sadly does not care about you

This morning 1/20, I had a bud tender all the way far left who was extremely rude to me the whole time. She was confused on what I said so I restated what I told her and she argued with me on what I said and continued to argue about it. When she gave me my change she pushed it my way and made me feel rushed. This is my go to dispo and it disappoints me to know they have workers who aren’t respectful to their costumers.
I was waiting in online order section when a gentleman with a beard and glasses came from his walk in counter to help me. I really appreciated the online order service. Thank you so much. I wish I could of gave a bigger tip.

Joe V helped me out at Story Cannabis in Tolleson and he was great!! Was short about $1 and he went ahead and lended me a $1 so I wouldn’t go back to my car. Super great honestly, God bless man!

Cole was bad ass!
I was excited to pick up a BOGO order that I placed. When I went to pick it up they told me it didn’t apply to it :( sad

@mngr next time u have a big sale make it easy for customers online order was placed and I didn't have my phone on me and they did not let me in because I had no proof order was ready that should be something you should be able to provide as good customer service practice

Horrible service. Management suck. Corporate suck. Horrible since they took over naturals. Lost all my info and never got my stuff back. Disappointed. But thx for the free pre roll?!?!?! Hahahahaha wish I could have gave a 0 stars.
