second time there was 4th of July receptionist was extremely rude after being turned away because they weren't taking new patients or walk-ins they were only taking online orders which there was no notification on any of the menus which I checked three different menus on three different sites didn't say anything about having to order online then when I show up receptionist some blonde extremely rude I mean like extremely rude to the point of total unnecessary acting like these people showing up should know this stuff when most of them have never been there before ever it's not our fault you can't handle your clientele don't offer deals if you can't supply the demand if you're having issues you have a live menu utilize that tell them at this time we have to stop sales to get caught up don't wait for people to show up and then be extremely rude to them because you're slow at your job to be slow and extremely rude hurts business and we know you not being a business owner could care less and that's the sad part I just hope the business owner does something before he starts losing too much clientele because by the sounds of it he's pretty good right now he has more clientele than he can handle but as that reputation spreads out that's going to slow down and slack off and has more dispensaries show up people ain't going to tolerate it I know unless it's made up to me I'll never be back in that store I drove from Cincinnati up to there to try to get a deal and then after the way I was rudely treated yeah!!!😡💯

These people have always been pleasant and really helpful with me and I really enjoy going there. Never so much as one problem. I recommend them highly.

The guy at the front door ONLY likes certain types of people and I wasn't one of them. I ordered online but need to file out paperwork. He wouldn't give me the paperwork until he allowed like 5 people to go in front of me and go in. He wouldn't open the door until someone he liked came. He was so rude and nasty!!! I will NEVER come here again!!

The staff are very friendly. It always smells great inside :) my favorite place to go.

Online ordering must of been because I was trying to order at work. I got off at 5:30pm went all the way up 75 which was far for me. Got to the door and some man shut the door on me because I didn’t have a online order and told me to comeback tomorrow at 11 . The dispensary closes at 7 pm I got there at 6:11 pm and on the site it says you have to be up to 6:30 to buy. If I could online ordered I would had it was just a waste to get off of work and go to this place where I don’t live close.

The wait time at this dispensary is awful. It once was Strawberry Fields but now it’s changed to Columbia. New name, horrible results. The entire process never seems to be organized at this dispensary. You place an order and they give you a pick up time. However, that pick up time is never accurate. I had to wait 35 minutes before I even got through the door to get my order. Once inside, had to wait another 10 minutes for a total of 45 minutes to pick up my order! Unbelievable! If time is not a factor for you and you’ve got nothing better to do than wait, and wait. Then this dispensary is for you! I won’t be back!!!

No organization when the place is busy. No first come first serve. They will let people they like in front of you. Rude rude rude doormen. And picking a scheduled time is a joke. If it’s busy, not only is your time slot out the window but, what you ordered is probably already sold out. Wow what a terrible time.

Hands down my favorite dispensary in the area! these budtenders really care about what you need and take there time to help find what works for you, Katie is fantastic!!!! Not everything works for everyone it took me some time to figure out what works for me and every time I have come back they have new suggestions based on my experience. I don't feel rushed like other dispensaries and as always they have a good selection of flower on hand. Directions from google can be tricky if its your first time coming though, that's the only negative.

Sean & Josh got me in and out as a new patient in no time. Great service, wide selection of products, and fantastic prices. Keep up the good work, will definitely be back!

The management oh my god love the dark haired guy not in scrubs( im bad with names). I had a issue with the cosmic glue live resin, it was NOT from them but the manufacturer, the resin was shipped on its side witch made it pool into the cap( its near impossible to collect out). i came in today got my self one checked it happend again an he was fast on it. He switched me out twice not once but twice. Made sure i was happy with my purchase. I felt bad like i was playing musical dabs with his packs but he made all efforts to assure me he wanted me to be happy. This is why i drive 2hours round trip, the people yo.

First time going to an ohio dispensary and I got some og kush by butterfly effects and some ghost og by josh d both were very dry buds and harvest dates are back in November for og kush and June for ghost og so if you do get buds from here make sure the harvest date isn't over 2 months it will say when it was harvested on each package

The staffing was super nice and they told me about some of the CBD bath bombs and where to get them and how much. Now I could have done a simple Google search also but they went above and beyond what I expected. Prices are very good compared to the rest of the State. They’re all not the greatest but still very competitive on some things. I’m definitely going to be a LONG time customer with them! :)

This location first of all is closer to my house!!! Went in with low expectations and they were soon exceeded. Very knowledgeable staff, great customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the best. This will now be my go to store from now on. Beyond happy with this new dispensary and do recommend to all.

They have a group of staff that absolutely makes it all the better while you're there. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The company itself could use some help with maybe figuring out how to make it more affordable so the people on fixed income can get the experience of the staff and the relief the product will give. Other than that they are a fantastic place to get knowledgeable and obtain quality cannabis products.

Went here for the first time yesterday and had a great experience! Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

No line, only 1 paper to fill out & a 5-minute wait and I was back in the room with the nicest, most helpful and funniest tenders I have met! We near to Cincy area have few options, this place is about 1/2 hr drive for me which is great. Menus are available in the Waiting Room now. Online prices have taxes added already BTW. The place is easy to find and clean. This will be my go-to place for sure!

The customer service is phenomenal! This crew is educated and always willing to answer questions. Is my absolute favorite location to visit.

Needs a updated menu, their "leafly" live menu is not kept current. You arrive and get your Id and card checked to get in, then you wait without a menu, then taken in the back to see a menu and purchase. They need a much better menu system, in house and online.

Where did the Red Head go? Service has gone down hill since she left. No more friendly greeting or direction with menu. Brown hair Front desk girl just lays on counter now, menu is never accurate. No need to go into $$$ they are all high. Newer short hair girl knows nothing about marijuana and will tell you she doesn't. Employees prefer to laugh and talk to each other instead of give good customer service. I'll be going else where. Sad to see this change.
