Superfly (NY)

This is coming from someone who's been a daily regular for the past 6 months or so. The atmosphere is one ive only felt in LA when dispensaries became available to shop at initially. With the level of care and customer service Super-fly puts in its honestly the only dispensary to buy from on the Upper West Side. I could highlight singular members of the crew but to be very honest even the staff members im not familiar with are welcoming and kind. Truly one of one in terms of New York Dispensaries. Thank you Superfly!!

The atmosphere was nice. They had a vendor in the front he was very knowledgeable about the brand he was representing and they were giving away goodies. As for the actual store it’s huge. There’s a ton of open space for customers on the left wall are kiosks to order from. The right wall has displays. I do wish they had a point system but they’re new so hopefully they can get to that point. The staff addressed me by my first name which I thought was sweet. They def got trained right. I can’t speak for their knowledge on strains and stuff b/c I pickuped. The website is very clean they accept cash and debit. Prices are fair for the area. Definitely stop by and enjoy the vibes!

Alex is an exceptionally gracious, thoughtful and attuned person - well/informed but also happy to look into something he’s not learned about yet. Humility and knowledge - two qualities essential to providing a successful experience. Playlist was crispy fabulous and ‘70’s decor was just enough to not be too winkingly ironic. The UWS finally has a cannabis destination!

MARK WITH A “K” not a “C” is the f-‘n MAN!!!! Talk about customer service and all around great attitude!!! Mark was super helpful with selections!! MARK WITH A “K” sure knows how to light up a room if ya know what I’m saying!!!
