Zen Leaf - Malvern

If its not the wait time its the staff messing up orders. This most recent time they gave me the wrong item, i called in to make this not be a wait ... well ofcourse i had to wait another 20 minutes over them getting me in and out for there mess up

I have been to 6 different dispos in the Philly ‘burbs and one in Center City. Terravida Malvern, is hands down the best Dispo I have had the opportunity to visit. It is now my “home” store. In my experience the staff is super compassionate and always happy to help without making anyone feel stupid!

AMAZING location. The atmosphere is great; in the waiting room they offer patients with refreshments and snacks, music, and a place to watch tv or read magazines. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the selection of product was not disappointing (prices are comparable to other shops in PA).

It's nice feeling to walk in there and just the atmosphere feels right.

Everyone is friendly and positive. Not a lot of flower but overall good.

I was in the area doing some work and had to visit this place. I have been to other dispensaries prior to this. Called and talked to them explaining that I had been to other dispensaries, and they informed me that I could waive the consultation. They instructed me to have a seat in their unnecessary day spa waiting area (all that money they put into the building and decorations they could have added a few more counters to accommodate the customer). I sat there waiting for this pharmacist to approve my papers and waive the consult. This pharmacist walked around for awhile, and then took a scheduled consult after me sitting in this waiting room for 45 MINUTES! Those Consults are at least 30+ mins...... It took me having to feel awkward and embarrassed to have to approach the person at the front desk in front of other people for her to interrupt the scheduled consult he just took to sign the paper. All in all: it took me an hour and a half to walk out that door. Horrible experience. HOWEVER, THEIR MENU is on a whole other level!!!!!!

I like it very much so far

Clean, peaceful atmosphere. Lots of comfortable waiting room, and depending when you show up, that may be important. Anything after work hours or on weekends, expect at least 30 minute wait - even if you used online ordering. I was expecting their online ordering to be handled separately from the walk ins, but same line, same service people. They just grab the pre-prepared bag instead of pulling your requests. Still, can’t complain about the prices or selection. They keep well stocked and mail out updates when new items come in. All in all, a pretty great place!

The absolute best! What else can I say? I feel so welcomed from the moment I arrive to the moment I leave. Nothing but smiles and positivity from the staff. I have been here over a dozen times and even when the waiting room is packed, the staff does an amazing job of getting me in without much of a wait. I will never go to another dispensary!

super professional and very helpful

Location is close to major highways:Rt.202, Rt.100 & Rt. 30 (EXTON area/EXTON Mall) follow Rt. 30 towards Malvern..., Across from a Wawa, and easy to find. However, all of this is just a much appreciated convenience the real Jem is that EVERY person is encouraging, knowledgeable-willing to learn... A+!! One's Health is so mercurial-as is our HC system. Thank you when I could not find ANY HELP or BELEIF in my deminishing physical health (not mental as the holistic Medication has proven)because traditional Medication didn't/doesn't work.

Spa-like atmosphere, well educated staff, huge variety, and one of the most compassionate places I've ever been to. Highly recommend!!

First impression was excellent, friendly desk personnel and free hot/cold refreshments & cookies. My Bud tender was outstanding, she was a young vibrant girl with a great welcoming personality. Now it all goes downhill, after getting home I opened my flower to find horribly over dried and brittle buds that I was even afraid to touch. Less then thrilled with the product if it was not for the service im not sure I’d drive lol the way there again but I will give them a second chance but may open canister there and check before leaving.

The staff is amazing from the minute you walk to the door. Everyone is friendly and makes this experience nice every time you go in. The menu is really on point also. I can’t see having a bad experience here ever

Great for my first time, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, but I'm a bit disappointed I paid $50 cash for a Ilera Co2 cart, and it doesn't work :( I'm not sure if it's a 510 thread, but theres a gold pin in the bottom, and adjustable vaporizing, but it doesnt work with my standard batteries:( I hope they will replace with one that works!
