Nothing special about Terra Vida . They love to use the fact that they are run by women , to promote their business . Is this modern times ? Come buy our Pennsylvania cannabis products , because we are run by women ? It’s obviously under poor management and could use some restructuring of its business plan . The place is always overcrowded, and completely inefficient. Expect long waiting times and employees who seem annoyed with their jobs . If you order online , expect a small variety of products to choose from . It’s not even the same menu as in the store . A selective menu , usually with older products that haven’t sold well . It’s just a way to get you in there to buy more things that weren’t offered to you online . If you’re going to have online ordering , at least offer the same menu of products that you would in the store .

First impression was excellent, friendly desk personnel and free hot/cold refreshments & cookies. My Bud tender was outstanding, she was a young vibrant girl with a great welcoming personality. Now it all goes downhill, after getting home I opened my flower to find horribly over dried and brittle buds that I was even afraid to touch. Less then thrilled with the product if it was not for the service im not sure I’d drive lol the way there again but I will give them a second chance but may open canister there and check before leaving.

The absolute best! What else can I say? I feel so welcomed from the moment I arrive to the moment I leave. Nothing but smiles and positivity from the staff. I have been here over a dozen times and even when the waiting room is packed, the staff does an amazing job of getting me in without much of a wait. I will never go to another dispensary!

Awesome and friendly staff

What an incredibly well run shop they have. From their knowledgeable staff relaxing environment incredible selection and great prices these guys are heads and tails above the rest. On top of that they even have a veterans discount of one dollar per $10 bought what an incredible store thank you Terravida!!!!

This location provides and entirely different experience than I have at dispensaries near my house. Everyone is knowledgeable and so friendly.

personally it's more peaceful than any pharmacy, healthcare place etc than I've felt. helpful staff, very clean, cool sofa.. though stealing pens is not as fun when they smile & tell me to take more 🍍🚂🍪🍬🗽🌅🎡🚋🚎🚉🚊🚝⚓✈️✔️🛎️🛎️🛎️😂

Spa-like atmosphere, well educated staff, huge variety, and one of the most compassionate places I've ever been to. Highly recommend!!

Anytime I go here nobody is ever welcoming. Today their cashier didn’t give me my change, I came back after realizing that and while I was waiting I was on the phone and an employee accused me of calling the department of health... not sure what that was about but I get nothing but attitude from the employees anytime I visit here. They have good prices that’s about it
