PRC - Arlington

I placed an online order today and sent my boyfriend in to pick up the order for me, usually this works perfect and I'm super pleased. Today however they didn't have a specific product that they had available to order online which isn't a huge issue except for when they offered a replacement to my boyfriend (who doesn't use or know the difference of products) they offered oil as an alternative to flower. He asked if it was the same thing and they said yes. He walked back in 3 minutes later to let them know they didn't give him what he asked and they said no refunds. So now I have $50 oil that I did not want and do not have the equipment to use, super disappointing.

Best selections with fresh product and very competitive pricing. Staff wasn’t rude like Cascade Kropz staff is and it was nice they don’t have people shooting up in the parking lot like Cascade Kropz does too! When I talk to PRC Budtenders they are listening and ready but at that Cascade Kropz place all Budtenders are VERY STONED!!!! Thank you PRC

This is the best place to get all your marijuana need. Come on in the store and see Tanya she can recommend a good choice for what ever you want. Great atmosphere.

AVOID PRC Arlington!!!! I used the online ordering system and waited for confirmation of my order. I arrived in one of the 4 spaces for online pickup at 5:50, ten minutes before closing. The employee delivering orders came to the car, to claim the store was closed. I showed my patient recognition card and asked if I could please pick up my confirmed order for my medication. She agreed to help me and I was grateful. She asked if I was willing to pay first and I agreed. She returned with a bag of products that was supposed to be my order. I drove away glad to have my medication. The bag contained ZERO of the items I ordered!! I'll be returning in the morning to give them an opportunity to make things right but, for now, I'm left with the wrong medicine and I'll need to make another trip tomorrow.

Gilbert is one of the best budtenders in the state. His product knowledge is on point and has never failed me when it comes to trying something new. Gilbert doesn't push products on me. He listens and helps me select products that relive the daily stomach and back issues that take over my life. Most friendly guy I've encountered at a shop too. Thanks for being a superstar. I'll definitely be back for his customer service.

Co-workers are very easy going with each other. Always great service. Better quality and atmosphere as comparing to my old preferred place. Will definitely return again and again

My partner and I have been shopping here for about two years now. We’ve been to other shops but none of them come close to comparing to the service we receive here! We are always greeted with a smile and given incredible help when choosing our products. It’s also nice that some of the staff know us by sight and name. I recommend them to all of my friends!

5 stars for the new guy Gilbert his customer service is beyond exceptional knows all the products hands on.. great suggestion on the twister my fiancé loved it. We will be back to visit you id come everyday but store doesn't carry a lot of the stuff I like for dabs :(

Super helpful staff! The only place I buy from!

I've been a regular customer for a few months now, and after trying out other stores in the area the one is by far my favorite. Randy, Stephanie, Dani, Lexi are a few that I would definitely recommend going and seeing. However there's a few others I wish I had names for as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is clean and inviting. They have a very wide variety of products, with affordable options if that's what your looking for. For anyone who hasn't tried them yet, look for the gold label legits when they have them. They are amazing 😁! However if joints are not your thing, I would say try some Sub X, Blue Roots, or Phat panda flower 😍!

I asked the nice budtender about certain price points and what was good and I wanted to explore what was offered amd was told he didn't have a full list of what was available... So I looked through their leafly menu on my phone...

ive never been so upset before. im a regular and i always get great service but today not so much. the girl who helped me was more concered with being in the backroom and when she help me she ended up selling me a cbd oil and i specificly said i wanted high tch not cbd.. well i got home and open in and its 42% cbd 18% tch the exact oppisite of what i asked. and its not like i have extra money to just get something else. what a joke. there went my 30$ of hard earrend money. thanks

I've given this shop plenty of chances but the budtenders really don't know what their talking about.. i mean the big black guy actually knew about the companies didn't rush me or tell me that's 🔥 like the rest of the budtenders best person they hired on in a while.. customer service needs improvement maybe have that guy train them

Sent my husband in for a specific strain, the bud tender argued whether or not they even had it. Maybe you should update your menu? High prices and not so friendly staff... think I'll keep my business elsewhere.

I used to love this place, i come here all the time and usually know what I want. I came in this last time looking for specifically CBD products as the very main page of this place says they have plenty of CBD products to cater to medical patients. First off nearly no CBD products other than maybe a gram of $40 cbd flower and some other mid $50's for less thaan 40%CBD. That is just the selection within 2 whole weeks of me stopping by and them getting multiple new things. 2nd the attitude and misleading of info on the product. I asked to verify the % of CBD in a gram of concentrates as I could not clearly see the label through the display case. The big guy with black hair glares at me, sighs, and rolls his eyes than grabs it. I ask is it 0.67% or 8.67% cbd as I am looking strictly for cbd within this price range and this has the most out of this range. He looks at it and says "This has 8.67% CBD". So I say I will get a gram of that and he says alright. Walks away without grabbing it for me and helps some other people check out than continues glaring at me until the girl with the hat finally sees me awkwardly standing there and assists me get the gram I ALREADY told him I wanted. Than she hands it to him at the register and he continues treating me like an inconvenience when this is his entire job. Than after all the hostility, eye rolling, and annoyed noises he sells me something with less than 1% CBD after i even asked him to confirm the numbers for me being over 8% CBD. Overall This is by far the WORST dispensary visit I have ever had. This guy is always in here and this is my first time dealing with him. How do people keep their jobs acting like this? I come in all the time and he is the first one to treat me like this. My friends said he was mad because of the election, that shouldn't matter. If you are at work be professional or don't show up. YOu may have just lost a customer. I am not a fan of wasting my money because of someone's incompetence to properly inform the customer especially when directly asked. That guy ruined my entire view of your shop
