I put a order I asked a question no body can’t help them when I put the order I live a note telling you to call me because I wan to know if i have any points they never responded the website said the rewards program is not working then someone call me talking crap about vital options they raises so someone call me taking crap from the apotecarion to stop making comments if you was there when they did what they did you tell me you right they raises I think you lost a good costumer

Be careful on multiple same day vape purchases and there 7 day return policy as you will not be happy if you buy multiple and have an issue past 7 days. I guess they expect you to get home and verify they all work? Yeah who would do that. Only option will then require work by you to call the actual manufacture to ask for a refund. Boy what evey happened to standing behind a product you sell. Moving on from my favorite dispensary but at this time there are 10 more in the area that offer outstanding customer service and great discounts now that actually stand behind there products. To be clear this was at 9 days I found 1 bad. Not 9 months. 9 days. To much competition and no COVID inflating sales to have crappy CS but good luck.

this place is so awesome. I have been coming here since 2020. they are friendly and have the best deals on flower, carts, and concentrate. I can't stress enough how much I enjoy shopping here! I got a Puffco Peak for a great price thanks to a great deal they were running mixed with points I had from the rewards program. highly recommend!!

Provided medical fact based Information so that I could make purchase decisions. Specialist / Clerk also suggested products that exceeded description . Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and did not rush me --I made sound decisions with their help!

Absolutely without a doubt the rudest dispensary I've been to in any state in America, it's like they get bonuses for how uncomfortable they can make people.

It was my first time and I went in for a consultation with a very informative, professional and friendly pharmacist by the name of Meg. I learned more things during this 30 minute consultation than what I thought I knew about cannabis as it pertains to the medical benefits for my anxiety and PTSD. I strongly recommend The Apothecarium in Lancaster,Pennsylvania to any first timers who aren’t too knowledgeable about medicinal cannabis for a consultation. The staff was great and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service I was provided.

Since Apothecarium opened its doors, I haven't gone anywhere else! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable! I especially love how I can go in anytime and consult with Meg, the pharmacist! She's so kind and compassionate! She has never failed to help me find the right strains for me! she's so knowledgeable and profressional. She takes the time to listen to my needs and never makes me feel rushed. Dr's could learn a lot from her!! I know I can talk to her with complete confidence that she honors the confidentiality between pharmacist and patient! She always brightens my day when I see her. Apothecarium is by far the best dispensary in the Lancaster. Thank you all for doing the wonderful job you do!

I wanna love this place, as it came highly recommended by close friends, however both times I visited, I had an issue. The first visit left me with a brand new sealed box with an empty vape pen in it. The second, I ordered online. One of my items was an item on sale and was rung up as such in my cart but when I came to the dispensary, the gentleman who rang me out, changed what I ordered on my receipt so I did not get the 15% on my Prism item as it was rung up as an Illera item. I want to come a 3rd time but I can't afford to keep losing out coming here

First Time There, Ava Wonderful experience! They Give Discounts to Military AND Health Care Workers which is awesome! Very Clean, very friendly, a lot of product to choose from with great pricing! Will Definitely Stop Again Next Time I am staying or passing through Lancaster! would recommend!

I’d been in twice so far. The first time, I’d purchased 2 carts (by Kind Tree) that 1/2 way they them, they got really hard to pull on and eventually stopped working...Total bummer and was a bit disappointed. Still I gave em’ another try. This time getting 2 carts (by Callyspo) one works great, the other one...Not At All. But when I was coming to bring them back the following day, I’d ended up spending the next few hrs in the ER...Hopefully I can bring it back, once I’m able to.

Everyone in this place is so friendly and helpful. There is a very serene and comforting atmosphere, all the employees and staff are not only incredibly friendly but also very knowledgeable. They really want to help you. I met with Meg to make sure I got the proper medication. She was compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and she really listened to me and asked questions to make sure I was getting what I needed. I’ve never felt so happy and optimistic about treatment before! Thank you all!!

This visit seemed a little loud music wise but as i have sensory issues, it may have just been me. The service is impeccable and the products are top shelf! I have received great recommendations for product to help my specific issues. The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly.

I love this place! From the receptionists to the pharmacists to the staff working inside the dispensary, everyone is so friendly, attentive, and knowlegable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. I hope this location sticks around for many years to come.
