The Artist Tree Dispensary West Hollywood

Artist Tree was cool local West Hollywood dispensary there staff initially were all rock stars up until recent with all new people. Nobody says good morning, you have to ask for help and seek someone out and they roll your eyes at you. Ive collected over 1000 points being a loyal member was going to to redeem my eighth (with obviously purchasing other things too) and there like um no sorry we don't have that. Than why is it on the loyalty card? Lol. Don’t bother joining the loyalty rewards program cause its not real lol. Don’t waste your $$ and time. There are many more dispensary’s on Santa Monica with a lot better prices and good vibes. If you like paying a bunch of $ and getting scammed and made to feel uncomfortable then I suggest coming here.

I Love This Shop. So Close To Home!

Went in for the first time with a pocket full of cash. Rude evasive employees, went a couple of blocks over to exhale instead.

I have found the worst dispensary in SoCal! Each person I encountered was rude, snippy, and utterly unknowledgeable about the product they sell. When I expressed interested in buying a product, I was asked, why would you want that? They lost a $200+ sale. Recommendation: provide customer service training and adult supervision.

This is where art meets marijuana. I’m new to LA but this is my favorite dispensary so far! The atmosphere is BEAUTIFUL!!! I felt like I was buying jewelry! I wish I could give them 100 stars! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK VERY SOON!

Super unique experience. This store has artwork, a mini grow room and a great product selection. Also a great first time customer discount. I haven't seen any other stores like this and loved shopping in such a creative environment.
