My third time checking this place out I heard some girl screaming profanity from the back room. I think I heard a staff laugh and say that’s a manager. That’s concerning there’s someone managing people there that can’t control what they say. If I wanted to hear all that I could of stayed home and listened to my teenagers. I come to the botanist for a professional atmosphere, apparently that’s not here anymore.
Absolutely disgusting behavior and treatment of customers. Rude & short and looking at prior feedback, this is a COMMON occurrence here. As someone who has an extensive history in retail, you people are frankly walking embarrassments. Do better, be better, or move aside for better. You are but 1 branch, so you absolutely can be scrutinized higher expectations. If not yourself internally, then the Cannabis Control Commission. Pathetic.
Such a fun, welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable answering all of my questions. The product speaks for its self, the grapple pie is my new favorite. The baller jars and 14g smalls are top notch and this place has the best prices in Worcester county! I will not shop anywhere else!
