The CDC

This place has some serious customer service issues. The sad thing is that I wasn't the only person that noticed that the person in charge seemed to have an issue with the employee which resulted in my budtender to be nervous and degraded by the manager in front of me and the customer next to me. As a medical patient I just think I have given this place many tries and it just falls short will drive out of the way every time.

The staff is amazing! I have tried many this by far is the best one.

Always a pleasure to shop at this casual and small, but well stocked dispensary. Friendly and helpful staff is attentive but never pushy. Dylan helped me out today and directed me to some great deals and helped me find just what I was looking for.

Poor quality flower and pushy staff. I wouldn't recommend. Think about it you can get a better version of whatever strain they carry anywhere else. Please do not shop here. Stop this vicious hustle.

This place has changed a lot since the last time I was here (9 months). selection is looking great, with a good variety of weeds and the dab selection is improving too! This just might be my new spot.

Not what it used to be. Bait and switch much? Percentages on the menu are clearly different than that of the product. The menu says one thing the tests are different. Prices are way too high for the way they operate. Sure they were closed so they have to make up for it, but false advertising? Really? Sad to say I won't be recommending or returning again. I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to a place with better quality better discounts/deals, and trained staff. Steer clear. There are way better places. RIP The CDC

The CDC was such a chill dispensary to visit. We are only in Oregon so often and we will be for sure visiting CDC again when we are in town. They had a 10% sale on our favorite flower to which was a huge plus! Thanks again for being so hospitable.

I am a beginner with weed, and the guy answered all of my questions and concerns. Never pressured me to buy anything. Seemed chill, I’d go there again

Oh and when you get there ask for Dylan. He knows his strains and will make sure you leave happy.

I've been going to The CDC for over 2 years. They have the best customer service of any dispensary I have visited in Portland. Great quality and always helpful. It's the only one I go to these days.

Strange plastic basket process and clearly inebriated staff. Used to be a nice place to get friendly service that wasn't confusing or complicated. Try a one page menu and get rid of the silly baskets, yo.

Stop in to see how this place was. I was amazed with the prices and quality. Kyle helped me and he knew his weed and suggested a few kinds that I purchased and enjoyed. Will be back soon.

Their selection is great, and the staff is friendly and quite knowledgeable. I've been going there for years and their rewards program really makes a difference.

It’s a mixed bag here. The customer service depends on who’s helping you but there are some very helpful, knowledgeable bud tenders. Pricing is good but for the quality and service, you getting what you’re paying for. The selection is small but they do always have a few really good strains. I wish they took more care in the product they’re selling instead of the fast food approach to quality, presentation and customer service.

I stop here all the time!! The staff is super friendly and it's on the way home!! Keep up the good work guys!
