Whoever cashier “44678” was tonight on NYE said he put my cash & receipt in the bag and when I checked just the receipt. I paid 80.55 on a 74.51 order. He basically stole my $7 of change. I always tip so I still put a dollar in the jar and this is how I get treated. It’s Christmas time, to be down $8 on a tip for a 5 minute interaction is kinda like “wtf?”. I’ve never been disrespected by a bud tender like this. Plus this guy was some middle age dude and the 20 year olds have NEVER done this to me. I’m wildly disappointed. Basically stole from me at the dispo I frequent the most. I’m still shook

I've been going to the Dispensary since I moved to the location closer to it 3 years ago. Was originally living in South south south Reno but I've tried and even worked in one of the other Dispensaries for a little. After my first time going to The Dispensary, I haven't used any other just because I feel like the customer is taken care of better, people care about the products customers are receiving, clearly... and I'm over the moon with their inventory. It's a nice mix of a little of everything. The prices are competitive but overall I go for the staff and the care behind it all. Really love Nordic Goddess and the Northern Lights Srene vape (but w/CBD). Those are my favorite products that I commonly buy almost every order. Shoutout to Juli, those prerolls were fantastic!

The budtenders here are all super friendly and helpful, ESPECIALLY Ali and Stormy. I know that I can find great strains, great deal, and amazing service whenever I shop here!

I placed an order online because I have Health issues( that's why I have a medical card) unfortunately this dispensary wouldn't take my medical card online so they advised me to come into the store. I drove across town and when I arrived at this location from the beginning was greeted very unprofessionally... I had asked her if she could kindly print out my medical card because I just got it renewed today.. the asssociate then began to get aggressive with me telling me that I could go print it out at home, i told the associate I didn't have a printer and asked once again if she could print it out.. she told me sorry that's NOT my job and I could leave.. then another employee came out of nowhere to butt in the conversation and tell me to leave. I wish I could've got the employees name that was sitting at the front desk that was extremely rude. but when I called to ask the manager for her name she pleaded that she couldn't give me that information.. I will take my business to the other dispensary's in town who actually care about keeping customers

placed an order for delivery received a text stating they were on their way never showed as I was sitting outside watching my daughter in her bounce house outside my door, order was canceled (stating no answer but funny thing is I was outside the entire time) called to get my points back to my account and place an order for pickup, was advised my points would be returned. points were never returned, this was my favorite dispensary but I will no longer be returning due to the horrible customer service.

Been ordering their shake from here and it’s pretty good! The quality of everything is amazing and whenever I walk in, the atmosphere is the best. Lively, conversing, the vibe is somewhere you feel comfortable going to! Definitely would recommend this dispensary to everyone I know!

They really have the best bud deals around. Javi is always friendly and helpful whenever I have any questions. I love this place!

I have to say that the dispensary is the best!!! I've been dealing with a lot of people who didn't know what they were talking about. Budtenders are my eyes and ears to the industry. At the dispensary each and every Budtenders knowledge is respectable. 5 stars all day!
