The product is good but the delivery process is junk. This is the 3rd or 4th negative experience I have had with their delivery service. Most people are working by the time the confirmation text comes through. Most people are unable to use their personal phone to call or text while working. When I placed my order, I scheduled it for a specific time when I would be available. There is no need for a confirmation text. This is inconvenient to the customer and causes the business to lose money. The customer service regarding the missed confirmation is also poor. Instead of offering to reschedule, they say you have to place the order again. Earth's Healings does not require a confirmation text and if something happens during the delivery - they do not penalize you for an unsuccessful delivery like Downtown does and they also offer to reschedule the delivery for you. I think Downtown can learn from Earth's Healings customer service.

Well now that’s nice. The negative review I written last week on D2 has disappeared. Ordered online, got the wrong herbz, called em right away. Bih had the nerve to tell me I’m lying. Then told me to smoke it anyways, even after I told the bih several times that I don’t react well to sativa. Very low THC and the herbs taste like crap. Bad customer service, and a waste of money.
