i wasn't aware that reward points expire. idk how long but im assuming you must use what you acquire that month. i wish the reward program was more understood by staff and made clear to customers
I love the staff, the shop and of course the product! Its clean, quick, and if you are an experienced Medical Marijuana patient or if its your first time, they carry a range of products. Combine this with a friendly and knowledgeable staff; first rate, blue ribbon, gold medal, or home run however you want to say it. This IS the place!
The prices for recreational are way to high I got a gram for 25$ and it only weighed out to only .8 , preroll joints were ok but not worth 15$ for .7

They have good products and a clean store. Reception was great. Bud tender not so much. Gentleman with a beard called me back and refused my service animal. I had his vest and all on. It’s not right to separate one from their service animal. I would have been fine if he would have went and checked and made an attempt to accommodate my needs but he shut it down with an arrogant tone.
Very welcoming and professional atmosphere. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff with a lot of experience. They were patient with me and my questions and made me feel comfortable and like I was receiving genuine care. Great variety of products in stock. I reccomend all patients in the area or, any passing through, stop in and experience the business.

Overall experience was great. The tall gentleman working pickup was very friendly and security in lobby was great. The older lady working reception was rude and wasn’t to welcoming but you can’t have a perfect world. Overall experience was good and will be back.

Visited the Firestation with my husband for the first time. The staff were EXCELLENT and were extremely knowledgable about all of the the products they sold. Yet, they still gave us the "home town" feel. LOVE IT! Cant wait to go back.
