Always clean. Always friendly AND professional. Always ready to help with any questions. Always stocked up. I could go on, but I just left there and you know what I'm doing.

Availability, kindness and important to me and my husband was the willingness to spend a reasonable time with us to get exactly what we were looking for.

The Gallery is great. Staff is amazing. You don't find better customer service. Only thing is they're a little pricier than most other places.. love the gallery. Parkland wa, Spanaway, & Puyallup.. u guys rock

Easy online ordering, fast service.

I'm a long-time customer because the Gallery is a classy place with the best budtenders who are very kind & knowledgeable. I feel pretty safe there, too (Deneal is awesome). The store carries a vast amount of different products and the budtenders (..like Michael, Ireland, Mauro & Katie) are all excellent at finding the right product depending on an individual's particular budget. I also love the fact that the store supports veterans and different charities. I've been to lots of different stores and I like other places, too but none of them can hold a candle to the Gallery.

The only saving grace of this company is the few grunt workers I had the pleasure of meeting. Unfortunately a really bad experience with their hiring manager made me see the issues behind the scenes and I can't bring myself to recommend this place to others because of it. Outside of that, product is fine but the prices make it not worth getting.

I love the fact dogs are welcome. They treat my little Pekingese like she's really special ( which she is) and makes her and I feel really good! Thank u for that!

Like: the welcoming atmosphere and friendliness of staff. Products are good quality and very diverse. Dislike: sometimes products are discontinued and staff has difficulty suggesting a similar line.

The Gallery is my happy place. I stopped by (..in tears) after a big fight with my boyfriend. Kalyn was working security that night. She has such a Zen-like demeanor that is simply amazing. Kalyn shifted the conversation seamlessly to a much lighter topic with a sweet smile on her face. I immediately calmed down after a hug. Maegan helped me choose a great CBD/THC one-time that made my body aches and anxiety go away. Autumn was with a customer but she she "hi" to me which made me feel even better. The free therapy I received that evening is a memory that I will cherish forever. I left with a smile instead of tears. My friend Handy Sandy says that this is her favorite store and I understand why. The people who work there are wonderful and the high quality products work wonders. What more can I say? Go to the Gallery and see for yourself. It's an amazing place with a very unique, calming energy that surrounds the place. 💛

Love everyone that works in the store. Really like the dude at the front of the store checking ID. He’s always cool and sweet!

The employees and customers are required to wear face masks. The floor has markers that help people maintain 6' distance between one another plus the store limits the number of customers allowed inside at one time. All great safety measures that I appreciate along with the great products available and the prices are good.

The staff at the Spanaway Galery store are knowledgable way beyond most other stores in the Seattle, Tacoma area. They also seem to really enjoy their jobs, as they should. My hats off to ya as well as my favorite farm, Capital City Chronic- Shake and Bake very hard to beat!!!!!!!

I love the Gallery stores - especially the Spanaway store. The staff have changed since the virus pandemic because some of the women are staying home with their kids to homeschool them since the schools are closed plus a few were pregnant and gave birth since then. Yet, the new people are just as wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. I have never been disappointed with the products or pricing - just the opposite - always satisfied and grateful that owner Tedd Wetherbee is a kind person who cares about his employees and customers. He's one in a million when it comes to class.
