Good location and great staff! I purchased flowers from them twice and the buds were very, very dry. Disappointed in the quality...

After visiting about half a dozen other places, I must say that this one is by far the nicest and cleanest facility that I have seen. This is a top notch operation with one stop shop feel. They have accessories and product both high quality. Feels more like a medical facility. The customer service is world class! Shalece was a gem and super helpful! Prices were good and they honored the coupon for a discount that I had. I'll definitely be back and have found MY spot!
Dispensary response:
Thank you for taking time and writing this detailed review! We are very glad that our staff went above and beyond during your visit, and we will be seeing you very soon.

this place sells trim as preground flower! you will never get to see more than one bottle of pre preground garbage. i was upset that they sold me such terrible cannabis. will never return and will tell everyone to stay away!
Not meaning to be a hater here I am giving honest feedback. I came here specifically because they had clones. I honestly could not believe how sickly these were. There were on the order of 40 plus clones. There was not one single clone I could purchase in good faith. They need to just get out of that side of the business and focus on product.
Dispensary response:
You feedback is very important to us. We are switching to a new system with our clones. You will be very happy with this new process. Please be patient and stay tuned!

Warn your friends and visiting relatives against this place. Worst quality product at staggeringly obscene prices. Waiting area smells like burnt hair.
Dispensary response:
Burnt hair? Maybe someone had an accident that was waiting previous to you. That is very odd. We just lowered our prices across the board whether it's flower, concentrates, etc. We have something for everything with any budget at The Green Solution. We appreciate your feedback, and we hope to see you very soon.

Dry weed, impatient people in line make it uncomfortable. Real crappy dry weed. Avoid this place...
Dispensary response:
We are sorry about this experience. We know standing in line can be really hard, but we want to give everyone the same attention in terms of customer service. Did you know that you can order online and then pick it up in the store. Be in and out within five minutes.

This place is pretty damn cool as far as I'm concerned. They have the best Rewards program for customers that I have seen so far. Great prices on all their Clothing! Their prices were a little sketchy in the past, but they have definitely stepped it up on all the Flower Products. Mix & Match Oz. for $190 after tax was worth it no doubt!
Dispensary response:
Thank you for the glowing review! Please take advantage of ALL our deals so you can experience cannabis your way, each time. We appreciate your patronage, and we will see you very soon!
