The Happy Camper - Bailey

Great group of people, fresh concentrates and good variety. They are always restocked with new choices. You can find anything from premium hash, rosins, and resisns to great in-house selection of waxes, edibles, and flower. I also think the drive-in situation is pretty cool for location. I really like this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

So, as a customer who has been going to happy camper for many many years now, I want to give you some very important feedback about your new updated changes to the store and product. First of all, in general, it does not feel cozy and safe to come into your store anymore. Nor do I get excited to go to Happy Camper, because the vibe and energy of that place now feels very stressful and there is anxiety to go there. It feels like the focus is on selling other non-cannabis products, besides cannabis as the clothing rack is something you have to walk around in order to get to the registers. It is very obvious you are trying to push those sales. Old school smokers do not want to see that or feel that greedy energy. Regarding the cannabis product and the new way you are presenting it, takes away from the whole reason people come into dispensaries. They want to see the product and most importantly SMELL the product. You have the cannabis product out to the side and one nug in a container you can barely see the crystals and definitely leave no ability to smell product. It's like you are trying to push clothing more than flower. ??????Definitely not cool and obvious what you are doing and what your goals are. Also, the fact, that you do NOT weight the product in front of us anymore, is SUPER sketchy and I do NOT know any dispensaries that do that. If I did know any dispensaries that did this, I would NOT go to them. Why do you feel you can't weigh it in front of us??? SKETCHY!!!!!!! Also, there is one girl on your new staff, who is not only unknowledgeable about cannabis, but she has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. She is unfriendly and does not help the customer to find what they need. She is not a good hire for a dispensary. I really miss the old crew that used to help us, they were knowledgeable and ALWAYS nice and helpful and made you feel cozy and happy to be there. I remember looking forward to going to the Happy Camper. (the girl is a tiny little thing with tons of piercings on her face and some dreads in her long nasty hair.) Also, the girl, did not have the TV on so we could see the pre-roll options and had to use her little laptop computer to look through the selection and she would not go slow enough for me to see what you have. So, I told her to slow down, and she got an attitude with me. I have never experienced such a stressful time in a dispensary EVER! It no longer feels comfortable to come into the Happy Camper, in fact, the name no longer exists with the current changes. I have been going there for years and because of all these negative and not appropriate changes to a Dispensary, I am considering taking my business elsewhere and know many others that feel the same, who have also been going there for years as we have discussed all that I am telling you about today. This is just a warning, because I don't want to have to change my dispensary, but I will if you keep running this business into the ground. Which is what will happen if you keep running this business like a greedy corporate business person. I really hope for your sake that you head my warning, because I know many people are feeling this way and these new changes could be the demise of your business. People are already talking about leaving Happy Camper. I hope you see this as a concerned customer, who is trying to help you, not harm you.

I have shopped here many times over the past few months. All of the budtenders I have been working with are all highly knowledgeable! I would highly recommend happy camper of Bailey!!

What a great find! The staff is so welcoming and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The product selection here is the best around, including Lakewood and Littleton. Staff is very knowledgeable and patient. I can’t wait to go back.
