A Masterclass in How Not to Run a Business On 8/12, I bought 3 vape cartridges from this shop. Both employees — playing the part of “knowledgeable experts” with “great customer service” — swore I had 24 hours to return them for ANY reason. Fast-forward to 8/13: I drive 30 minutes back, rearranging my day, only for the same two clowns to admit they said it… and then refuse to honor it. The tall male even admitted he gave me misinformation — and when I asked, “So, what are you going to do to make it right?” he had no answer. Instead, he called me “Bro” and “Hey man” like we were at a frat party, not a place of business. Both visits he looked and acted like he was high on the job — which explains the bloodshot eyes, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability. This isn’t just bad service — it’s textbook unprofessionalism. In a market where hemp products are everywhere, you’d think they’d try to keep customers. Instead, they’ve mastered the art of losing them. Avoid at all costs — there are dozens of shops that won’t waste your time, lie to your face, or act stoned while taking your money.

I had a frustrating experience with this store that I hope they seriously consider improving. I was sold a defective vape unit — the light turned on, but no smoke came out. When I called to request an exchange, I was told I’d need to come into the store, even though I had the product delivered in the first place due to transportation issues. I asked if I could simply send a photo or FaceTime to show the issue, and only then did the staff acknowledge that might work. The initial response made it feel like I was being pushed to come in just to make things harder — not to resolve the issue. Eventually, they agreed to do an exchange, but only after I tested the product in front of them. I went along with it — even though the defective product had clearly never been used. Then today, when I ordered again, they asked me to test this new unit in front of them again. I asked if that was standard, and I was told that yes — because I have transportation limitations and request delivery — I would now be expected to test every order on the spot. That doesn’t feel fair. Customers shouldn’t be treated differently because they don’t drive. I’m paying for a working product like everyone else. I shouldn’t have to prove its quality just because I’m disabled or need delivery. The products themselves are decent, but the customer service approach lacks empathy and equity. I hope they revisit this policy.

The staff does an excellent job of explaining the options available in their product line and making recommendations to meet your various needs. This is my third time at this store and I trust the staff without question. The quality of their products and advice are impecable.

Best hemp shop in the area with the most potent flower, despite new ones popping up all over. Good prices and huge selection on all products.

The people there that were there are very respectful and helpful. Any questions you have they answer them and if they can’t answer somebody else there can and their product is very nice and the flower is too.

Love love LOVE this shop! I don't know what i love more, the products or the people that work here! I asked Logan a million questions to make sure i was getting exactly what i was looking for and he walked me step by step through every single thing! He was so friendly and knowledgeable! I was honestly a little hesitant to come in here because i didn't know what to expect but my concerns were washed away almost immediately. I waited to make this review until I tried out the gummies i bought and i can honestly say i was blown away by the quality and effect. 11/10 would recommend!
