The Lab Dispensary

The Lab Dispensary has a great selection, friendly staff, and a customer loyalty program. The quality varies but the prices are fair for what you get. I’m ok paying for quality. I love their specials and as long as they remain reasonable, I will continue to drive an hour to visit them.

I live 3 hours and 58 minutes away from here but pay outrageous prices where I live. So every other month a few of us make the drive together to go here. 2 months ago I bought cartridges but one was faulty... I was so afraid 😨 that since it was EXACTLY 60 days since my last visit (i read you only have 60 days to exchange) that I'd not be able to replace it.. but they not only agreed to replace it; they assured me it wasn't a bother what so ever! I'd HIGHLY recommend this dispensary to anyone and have done so for one friend already. When I told her about this place she made the 4hr drive that day!! 😄 🤣 😂

I had a great experience both with using Leafly and my experience at the shop. The only oversight was that my order was finished way before the system said it was but everyone was very nice. And I had a pleasant experience

This place is never a disappointment! Great products ... awesome staff ... fast, efficient service ... the drive-up pick-up window is such a time saver ... genius idea!! I've become a regular!!!

Great budtenders and staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are very reasonable.

I was stuck in the snow and the employe working helped me out. Took me 3.5 hours to get home when it normally takes 2. It was my first time with you guys and I will definitely be back. Was wondering if you guys had pictures available to look at the bud since they are not listed on the website. Thank you guys so much for everything.

SnS;Long Rant!; Absolutely in love with this dispensary. I recommend this place to everyone I talk with! I come roughly every 2 weeks to stock up on anything I could possibly need (sometimes sooner). I get my smoke, cigs, dabs, and/or whatever else I need that trip. The prices are great/average compared to the competing places in the area. The staff have always been friendly, uplifting, extremely helpful and patient with me whenever I can't make my mind up on a choice. They work fast and hard even during a rush. Ive only experienced one (some would say) "bad time" but it wasn't even that bad due to a major rush of easy 10 to 15 people at one time and it took about 15 min to get any service but in my eye that is not bad at all for how little staff is due to being a smaller store. I was maybe the 8th person to get served and it was fairly quick as I said for so many people. So even under pressure, the staff work amazing and efficient. I am absolutely in love with this place and they will forever be my only dispensary for everything I need!! Great job guys. Continue the amazing job!

I didn’t mention we spent over $400 today too. Such a darn shame too.

Every time I go, they are super friendly and helpful. This is my favorite store. They have expanded like crazy and I love being able to order ahead online.

The Lab & The Lab ll 4 life. Microphone 🎤 drop. Flower is always on point & prices are more than fair for the quality 😉 Get you some of that goodness🔥💯😎 Huge selection of delicious 🤤 Cannabis products as well. Staff is amazing 🤩 TY🌟

I liked the low prices, and the transparency on the strength of the product. There was a great selection available as well as infused slushies which were delicious, definitely reccomend.

One stop shop My only stop on the res Lab rules save time save money

I ordered thru Leafly. Much of the $2 off $8 grams. I got VERY dry shake wit one or two buds. Thought the sales were decent but not worth the time. The poor cure even in buds was dry tumbleweed. The Hawk or Steamburg aw better choices.

Nice place with a great selection and the best price I have found anywhere. Got an oz oh Oh Cheese for $25! I expected to open up a bag of shake, which at that price would've been acceptable. Instead I was greeted by some big ol nugs. The store was busy on a Sunday morning and the guy ahead of me was very indecisive so the owner was a understandably a little frazzled, but she was very pleasant with me. She was willing to run to the back and pick up the freshly bagged products that hadn't made it out to the floor yet. I will be back for sure. In fact, this may now be my #1 go to spot. Love supporting the Seneca Nation!

Great prices and selection, quality is always fantastic and staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I try to recommend as many friends there as possible and they always tell me how much of a pleasurable experience it is. My favorite store in the area ❤️

Everything worked out perfectly. Placed order through Leafly. Picked up later. BINGO THANKS LAB

I Love this place 3rd time

Hands down the best place in western New York

Great place to shop.

I drive to this dispo once a month. this last trip the bud tender was rude and made me feel like I was interrupting his social hour.

I was surprised to find their advertising accurate. I had heard different but I got exactly what I needed.

Amazing staff, and amazing, fast service, definitely WILL recommend to people!

I love this place. Great selection of flower at great prices. You truly cannot beat it. I drive 30 miles out of my way to go. It is my go to shop.

I love this place!! They have the widest selection of cannabis products, always have good deals going and are knowledgeable on the products they sell. Will definitely be returning soon.
