Nice place, it's kinda "off the beaten path" but definitely worth it. Amazing selection, GREAT PRICES, and open until 11. I love it here. I have been driving out to the Lab for at least a year now. They always have amazing deals. I always place my order online and its ready when i get there. If something is out of stock in my order, I get a message and ask if i want something else, Everyone is so nice and we are on a 1st name base with most of the staff. They are all amazing.

service sucks , was 3rd person I'm the building instead took care of ppl coming in after me .plus rude and talked to someone answering their 10 questions about edibles when he was grabbing me carts like dude one person at a time . bud quality it's ok I've gotten better in steamburg at chronic link .sucks I spent alot of money cause their sale on carts . bought bud and carts but Idk if I'll go back again

Gave this place another chance after back to back sketchy experiences a year or so ago. This time 2 budtenders straight up ignored me for 5 minutes. After the second customer that walked in after me received instant attention I took my money and went somewhere else. The place has potential, the staff sucks.

I like everything about the Lab. The selection is amazing. The girl who helped me choose cream and gummies was the greatest. i love it there.

Just recently moved to New York and was excited to try out different dispensaries. Well, The Lab is the first place I went and the only place I continue to go. You just can’t beat the variety of options, the price, and the quick and easy service. The 50% off ounce menu is definitely my go to - as I’m new to actually knowing what kind of weed I’m smoking - and this gives me the option to try new things at a discounted price, just in case it’s not my fav. Which, has yet to happen. Everything has been great! Highly recommend The Lab.

I placed my order online. I recieved a text at 6:54 pm saying it was ready. I arrived at 7:05 to find out neither of my 2 online orders was prepared, and most of the stuff I ordered was out of stock. I ended up having to pick all new wax’s and settle with weed I didn’t really want. Then to top it off the bud tender had the nerve to ask for a tip. Maybe if my order was prepared, or I didn’t have to do watch you drop 2 grams of wax onto the floor!

Felt very comfortable and at home here can't beat 50$Oz n cuts of dabs for 30,lotsa luv n respect to our Seneca brothers.get it fellas!!

Garbage brick weed & sprayed on gummies. Nothing tested so don’t believe what they say about their products.

You have to have the THC slushie with the infused marshmallows. Best road trip ever..

Put in online order @130pm and never got the message to pickup order...I arrived 5 hrs after placing order to find out they received my order but never filled it until I got there. The gummies are not as strong as advertised by far!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The products are good, clean, and potent. One of the best (if not outright the best) dispensaries in Western New York.

I love The Lab. Always solid products, they’ve fulfilled every order from Leafly within an hour while I still have orders waiting to be fulfilled from other dispensaries on the Rez from 9 weeks ago. Super cool atmosphere, the menus are on the wall, the employees know what is what. Very appreciative of their time and help. Great place to buy bud!
