They suck man and the 2 lines makes no sense because they don’t help you faster if you’re in line for pick up online. So what is the point of the 2 lines? Y’all used to help out the online orders first then of course when I come in I’m waiting hella and even the customers are confused! And they’ve misinformed me multiples times about debit charges and atm fees. This place genuinely is the worst dispo in Yakima

We apologize for any inconvience you may have experienced while visiting our store. Our online ordering is still fairly new to many of the budtenders and we are working on improving our online system. There is an ATM charge of $3.50 at the register. We also must round to the nearest $5.00 if your total dollars isnt but that change difference is always returned back to the customer. The banking system may also charge a fee for using the ATM. I hope this clears up some confusion. We value your business and hope you will give us another visit.

Iv been going here for the last 6 months, started out great, good customer service. Then the last couple weeks, I font know what happen, the customer service has went down hill, have had a couple tenders be rude. Iv also had a couple times where my card errored out on there card reader but it charged me anyway, they act like they don't care at all, they acted like it was my fault, I was told that it just happens on some people's cards, we can't do nothing about it, you have to deal with the bank. I just bought from you and it went thru but you can't give me my weed or money back, how the hell does that work, I get high but not that high, anyway, find another place, this place has went south.

We are sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately if there is a glitch between the card reader and bank we have been told by the Cashless ATM company that you have to call and dispute the charge so it can be credited back to your account. It's a difficult position the middle man puts us in as we would love to be able to just take the money out of the till and hand it to you. We dont actually ever see the money from that double transaction which is why we are unable to compensate for it. I hope this made sense and put your mind at ease a little bit. Our budtenders do their best to convey what is going on but sometimes they may even be a little unsure. Again, we apologize and hope you have a fire day.

Ordered 19.5 grams for 60dollars had 25 percent off I got there girl grabs dude from.back he says u ah we don't have that purple haze u ordered at the price u ordered it at its a online error bullshit the u ripping people off u get there the u dont have ur order and it's more than quoted online bullshit will not be going in here ever again rip offs plus they charged me for using debit card charged my card53.50 gave me back 3.50 Cas h so it was 50 dollars total. My order was 19.5 g.s for 60 got 9.0 grams out door for 50... my order I took off the 3 eights tried overcharging me on said nope take em out then Saif price was 46.50 total with a debit charge ended up paying 50 for 9 gs bullshit I ordered 19.5 for 60 never again and is it not illegal in washington federally so how they charging debit cards illegally they should shut them down for this...........

Im sorry you were not happy with your service at Fire Cannabis. Im having a hard time understanding what product you could be talking about as weve never had a 19.5g product but I would love to make this right with you if you give us a call and ask for Shandi. Fortunately in Washington state they found a way to allow us to accept debit cards, the downfall to that is we have to charge the same fee as that ATM which is 3.50 and we also have to charge things in 5 dollar incriments which then will give you change back if your product did not equate to that exact amount. That is where the change back comes in to play. It all can be a bit confusing, we understand. We are sorry for any inconvenience we may have brought you by trying to bring something in we thought customers would find of convenience. Stay lifted my friend!

Unfortunately the phat panda double og was terrible. This is the second time trying their products. Will not happen again... #2 way over priced on most stuff considered top shelf. #3 the service is lacking in professionalism. The owner is lucky I don't have their direct number. Too many times with multiple people. A lot of bad vs good.

First off biggest downfall is you guys let Kimbo walk she set the vibe and brought so much life to fire cannabis !!!! Customer service has definitely gotten horrible too much attitudes if you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be there. Kimbo was Fire cannabis now it’s just a dispo smh won’t be shoppin here anymore .. bring Kimbo back

Slow service. I was in a rush and the budtenders were just talking and talking and taking ......and talking away, took forever. Website said it had a certain product for a discounted price turned out they didn't have it in stock so I settled on another product because of the price but it was that price too was inaccurate. It's been like this over there for years.

Awesome, honest dispensary! Shout out to Eric, Danny, and Kimbo for helping me out. After a rough day with a lot on my mind, I had come in to purchase a gram of wax and upon leaving ended up leaving it on the counter. So, I called the store and the lady that answered it had the manager give me a call and leave a voicemail the following morning. He took the time to go through the cameras and had it ready for me when I showed up. Best prices in town, and definitely the best customer service! Won't go anywhere else. Thank you again!

So i typically dont remember the name of different strains only becuase i just like working my way down Menus...one day i walked in and i asked for the most premium quality joint i could purchase. the young bud tender Gal looked at me and in an instant her face became overran with joy, she looked at me and said..."well everyone here loves Gods Gift" she pulled it out and said" maybe you will too" ...i went home, made some coffee, sat outside and lit that bad boy up. And what happened next was the most insane, im an avid smoker and when i puffed on greens of that joint it took me back to 87, i could see the sound of my own thoughts echoing through the 8th dimension...i began to see the face of those who matter most and when i came TO i brought the joint back up to my lips to take another hit and it was out. dude i dont even know anymore...im no writer, i dont leave reviews becuase i just dont but regardless of whats what...that Bud was damn good and i love the M store. come check out gods gift and say hi to the crew:)

Not sure if the location or of the help yet, I do really like that they have a website with a menu that tells prices If the strain and for what quantity, where some stores only list hours. I like to shop around and try new places so I think this is going to be my next weed stop when I’m in need

This is the most ghetto store in Yakima. Ignorant bud tenders. Poor service by most of the men who work there. The ladies are great. And why when Yakima has the highest covid rates in the nation, you fools(especially the Yakima red neck with the dreds) won’t wear a mask? It’s unprofessional and selfish.

Erik recommended I buy the Deluge Brand Infused Tiki Tipped 1 gram pre-roll for my back pain and after 5 yrs of using Cannabis for pain these are the only 2nd thing that I have found that worked really good for pain And I had pain relief for a good 5 hrs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - but NOT FOR BEGINNER SMOKERS - they are very potent and I have a very high tolerance. If you're hurting... this is what you need!!

First time visitor. Marley was very knowledgeable about strains. I am Narcoleptic and my goal is to find energetic head clear weed. With that in mind, t have been bying strains that I have researched online, mostly at Leafly. They had six strains I bought, one gram each. They have the best selection in town, of the two other places I have visited. I learned that you can select strains online, and then pick them up later, which is great, as you have the opportunity to research them. I am 64 and farm, and live over twenty miles away, so online is an excellent method for me. They also have deals, and they really are. My fav place around here, Goodmostly

There is not enough good things I can say about the MStore...simply put...THANK YOU!! The Owner and budtenders(s) are very knowledgeable about the products they offer, are extremely patient as you work your way through the different strains to find just the right strain that fits the desired situation and/or medicinal need. You guys are wonderful!!
