Terrible. Never again! Garbage, low quality meds, even at their top shelf. Do not waste your time or money.

Really helpful staff. Very patient with my aged parent. Th front room music is a little chaotic to those of us with hearing issues, otherwise very pleasant and love the fish tank.

New to the world of legal treatment, I found myself looking up and visiting many local dispensaries to sample the scene. This dispensary was not on my list (because it's far for me at 27 miles away) but I haven't been to another dispensary since. According to this app there are 23 closer places but that's not enough to keep me from driving here. They are great. That's it. Most of my experiences at dispensaries have been very positive, this place is exceptional. The staff smiles, the atmosphere, they're a block off I-94, the punch card, the spinning wheel.......all just set them a bit higher (no pun intended). I read the wait time comments and can see where they come from, but their busy giving awesome service inside and it takes an extra minute or two for that. I've been there about 20 times now and never has it been more than a 4 minute deal, that's not really waiting to me. I call ahead now anyway and they have my supply ready and waiting for me EVERY time with a smile. I thought at first the variety with stock would be a nuisance (overwhelming the newbie), but this just provided an opportunity for them to teach me about new or different strains I otherwise would have passed on. If you're visiting the area and you are anywhere near I-94 exit 183...do yourselves a favor and visit the Only Patient Station you'll ever use again! Top shelf quality accountant approved meds! Medical Edibles...'DANGEROUS'! Tools and tricks for every trade. Tremendous family stylized secure atmosphere! Handsome/Gorgeous friendly staff. What more can you ask for?

I have been with Patient Station for some months and say, "they rock the house, in all ways!" They helped me get thru a rough healing process/health scare, and supported me along the way. Thank You! This is a very comfortable atmosphere that I think would suit most all types of people. Pure good people and wonderful dispensary you can trust!

the patient station has been my go-to dispensary for a few months now. it's really the only dispensary in ypsi/Ann arbor that I feel comfortable in. the prices are the best bang for your buck in the area (even though they haven't been selling $8 grams lately) . the facility is clean and sleek, albeit a little bit cramped. usually, the service is fast and friendly. if you live in ypsilanti, patient station is definitely a must visit.

I usually go out towards Ann Arbor on Jackson road, but I now have a new favorite, The Patient Station. Close to home, best prices you are going to find anywhere in the Ypsi/Ann Arbor area, bottom shelf quality here is up to par with top shelf at other Ypsi dispensaries. I will definitely come here again, ladies at the desk were awesome and helpful. Becoming a patient there took 2 minutes. Wide variety, from indica to sativa to hybrid these guys have it all it seems. From an everyday connoisseur I recommend this place over any other in the area. -TK

I left a review and it was deleted. I find the meds were great when I used to go but the last visit I felt the quality was low. I may return to see if the quality has gone back up.

Great place to get your meds! Staff is knowledgable and super friendly! You enter this tiki hut style building with secured free parking and upon entering you are greeted by name and asked how your days going and if you would like a complementary water. Great selection of flowers, oils, waxes and edibles with new stock every couple days anyone can find what they need at the patient station. Once you have received your meds you get a chance to spin the wheel for a chance to win prizes, flowers ect. In the chance you don't win your entered into a weekly and monthly drawing for tigers tickets! I recommend this place to anyone I know and look forward to seeing them flourish in the community

what a refreshing environment. love the the aquarium in front......medication was amazing. smokes great and hells deals. The dispensary was set up clean. It also seemed like they were there for the person......Which alot of the other places have seemed to forgotten. your staff is friendly and over all a great first impression.

Good meds, good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Spin the wheel is great and the punch card is another bonus. If you have not tried it, do yourself a favor and check them out.

Out of all the places I've been I prefer "The Patient Station" right off the freeway no more downtown parking or going all the A2. In and out great meds and they always give you something free... GO SPIN the wheel your always a winner.

I LOVE the flower here, very reliable quality. The selection of edibles is pretty fabulous. there is a candy bar is the strongest edible i've ever had and it hits the spot - melts away the pain in my lower back - and just a bit will do you! If your like me and tend to not feel edibles, give these a try. I use to not bother with edibles but The Patient Station hooked me upp! Thank you!

Only the second dispensary I've been to, but don't think I'll be to a third anytime soon (: love everything about this place!

This is hands down one of the best spots in ypsi. They have some of the best bud and prices. They are very accessible being located right off of 94. The patient station has a friendly cool staff, and it is a nice fun atmosphere to shop and look around in. Plus they have an Aquarium! You can't find that no where else in ypsi.

My first visit was awesome. Great selections, better prices, friendly helpful staff, great deals and promotions. Will definitely be coming back and recommend this place to anyone. Very satisfied with the shop overall.

I had my first visit to The Patient Station today. It's has a pleasant Little feel to it outside, music is playing just right to create an inviting tome. I was very impressed with the way they used their space making it all very neat. Fabulous value balance and a great medable selection. Very laid back and accommodating. And the coffee offered was made perfect. :)

Went to The Patient Station today for the first time and had an outstanding experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great meds and service, and great donation prices. This place is top notch and I will be coming here regularly from now on.

The Patient Station has the best medicine for the best prices, hands down. They are non-profit, incredibly friendly, and their products are clean and potent. Every visit, you spin a wheel to win free gifts or entries into their weekly drawings. The welcoming employees learned my name fast and provide great service. I HIGHly recommend!
