Communication, friendliness, and timeliness were all outstanding. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and they kept me updated every step of the way. The driver was professional, courteous, and arrived right on time. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, and the customer service was exceptional. I’ll definitely be doing more business with Re-Up in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, fast, and friendly service!

The customer service is superb. Very communicative and on time. Nikki delivered my order on time and with care. They shop even threw in some extra goodies. They dont deliver on Sunday which I didn't know until I made the order but they reached out right away to see if I wanted to keep the order. Where they do that at?! ReUp does. Thanks for a great experience.

Everything is alway excellent. The drivers are exceptional and we always feel like we got more than given. Drivers and phone support are excellent. By far the best service that delivers off grid!!

our driver, Nikki, is awesome! I wish all the drivers were like her. She comes through every time. Personally I wish she handled every step, not just the delivery. She has a brain AND uses it! She's extremely professional and polite . Nikki rocks!!

Compared to other delivery services in the area, this is by far the most professional. The ordering experience is seamless and all of the people that work there have been awesome. Nikki is my usual driver and she is great! She has thrown in extra treats for me and has always been super sweet! Great selection of a little bit of anything you could want!
