The Sanctuary - Downtown Las Vegas

How do you offer delivery service and then close for over a month. I've been a customer for a long time and couldn't wait to get delivery. First online ordering was closed in October and now they're just closed. I say that's crap and I'm just going to get my deliveries from Oasis

Jardín is the best dispensary in Vegas, this is the only dispensary I visit, Jardín always has a great deal and fair prices, also the customer service are excellent, I love this place because I find everything I need, I recommend everyone visit this place, thank you Jardin for your business

Bud is always extremely dry and they do NOT honor sale and discounts from this site. There is always an excuse.

They ghosted me -never called after 4 hours to say they had no drivers. First time happened in 10 years

Would have given 5 stars for service but the budtender forgot to add the extra 25% off for using the code leafly25, after he called management and was told "clearly" to add 25% off my purchase which includes a BOGO deal. If this can be fixed it would be awesome. Even store credit would be cool.

The website says “within” 2 hours meaning 2 hours or less and I called and they tell me 2-4 hours which is fine but not what is advertised. Here I am 3 hours later and it’s still “preparing”, will update my review if and when it comes and if and when it’s as expected

I ordered concentrates but not all of their concentrates are what you think. I ordered what I thought was golden dabs but when I got back to my hotel it was a tiny black ball that you can’t use in a dab rig. The site is miss leading and so you spend your money on something that is mislabeled and not actually a concentrate. This was my first and last time to come to this dispensary. When I called they said, “oh well” just smoke it out of a bowl. Well I don’t like flower so customer service is really suffering here. A more knowledgeable sales team would be helpful especially if you can’t update images or descriptions. I would recommend planet 13 because they won’t try to sell you something misleading. I did a couple half grams of other concentrates and those were good but so disappointed in the gram and a half I got that wasn’t a concentrate. Total rip off.

Best dispensary in Vegas Hands down. Best service and great selection. And they always have the 99$ oz special!

I have visited this dispensary many time and always left pleased. The Budtenders where very helpful with finding the best flower for my needs. They have a vast selection so I always find something new to try. I recommend both sanctuary locations to my friends and family.

It seems like the team really likes working together. They have a good variety of items and the daily deals are great. The 1st time promotional is also really good. It was a really good personalized experience. We’ll definitely be back!
