The Vault - Lake Stevens

Super helpful lady and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you 😊

Prices people and bud are always 👌

I am happy doing all my shopping at The Vault. They have a good selection, have frequent sales, and Veterans get a 10% everyday discount. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Budtender Nick is one of my go-to guys for questions and his flower suggestions are always welcomed. One of his standout moments was during the COVID-19 stay-at-home order when he went above and beyond to help me get what I needed without having to make a second trip. All in all, I would no doubt recommend you check out The Vault and say hi to Nick while you're there.

Best place in snohomish county

Great friendly people good selection of products as well

The employees are awesome and knowledgeable I know nowhere else but the Vault because of them

Awesome as always!

Love you guys!

I will start by saying I have been a regular customer for a couple years at the lake Stevens location. HOWEVER I came in to the lake Stevens location today. The website says if you're wearing Seahawks gear you get 25% off (as it is Sunday). When the employee rang me up she did not give a discount. When I asked about the discount for Seahawks gear, the response I received was, well frankly, unacceptable. "The website is a Seahawks fan but I am not. Of you had Patriots gear I would give you the discount." At first I assumed it was a joke, but then she refused to give me the discount and charged full price. I went out of my way to come here as a loyal customer. This experience has me questioning whether I should return to the vault. Let me be clear: this is false advertising

Great place, great and friendly customer service. Ordered through the Leafly app, and picked up in the store; super easy!
