Online order, they claim its ready, and i get there and they say its out of stock. Why not cancel the order? why tell me its ready? Wasted my time, and didnt even try to make up for it, just said "oh well". I have been going there for a few years now, and the service has gotten worse and worse as time goes on. Sad to see it.
Really rude staff tonight. Probably won't be back, there's way too many weed stores to put up with such.
I've done 5 online orders and each time I received the correct price/sales price and the order was perfectly prepared. Knocking off one star because the jars are always sticky with fingerprints and I'm not cool with that during covid times. Clean those jars and it would be perfect.
