Love everyone at Theory, and great products/prices! I do wish there were more sativa specific options in cartridges BUT even so, I’ve never been disappointed with what I have purchased!

Sold my wife 2 half gram carts instead of 2 gram carts

I like the location the atmosphere nothing special just nice no pressure. What I have a problem with is the prices they are charging people that do not know any better. The tourists beware you will pay top price for an average product at best. You can by eights all over Maine for 20 to 35 and the quality is amazing. On a scale of 1 to 10 the quality is a 4 at best. The locals know you may want to listen before you waste your money and the Maine gets a bad name for poor quality when it’s this dispensary that is selling subpar product. Without mentioning names search Elliot and Sanford worth the extra few minutes drive.

I paid for a full gram and only got .75. I have a scale and weighed it right after I bought it. I’m not looking for a refund because I doubt that will happen but pretty disappointed

I've been using this dispensary for several months now,with a few other thrown in here and there. I thoroughly enjoy the choice and quality of Cannabis and the staff is excellent ninety-nine percent of the time.

This was my first time checking out, Theory Wellness. As, I was just made aware of their existence a few days ago when Leafly showed me: "Dispensaries in my area" I recently moved back to Kittery (after spending a yr in Dover, NH) and have been going to East Coast Cannabis in order to obtain what my friends, affectionately refer to cannabis as - MY equivalent to that of air, water, or, blood - to the average human. You know... Something you cannot live without! My reason for checking out Theory was two-fold: 1. Though Eliot is close by, you CAN'T beat NOT having to leave your own town! AND... 2. After perusing Theory's online menu, it was clear, RIGHT AWAY, that their prices (as well as, EXTENSIVE product selection) were much better suited for my budget than that of, ECC. {I'm talking almost a $20 DIFFERENCE, in pricing - between the 2 shops, and for the same/comparable equivalent products!} That said, I am happy to report that the staff was friendly, knowledgeable & generally helpful - overall. The atmosphere was, in-a-word - Dope. Plus, like I said, prices: CAN'T. BE. BEAT! Add that to the fact that, I've, just now, sampled the product (and, am simply giddy, with delight) I will 100%, without-a-doubt, BE a repeat customer! I'm talking - Again... And, AGAIN...And, A-G-A-I-N!

Store is in a strip mall on main drag in Kittery. Prices are good, but product is never what you order on their website. Potency is ALWAYS lower than what's posted online. Staff is disengaged and sometimes provides incorrect advice on the rare occasions they do offer it. No discounts for Vets or 1st responders. Showed up on Vet's day today and they wouldn't honor discount on sale items.

I bought a disposable vape that comes with .3 ml of oil and a precharged battery for $ 25.00 as I do nearly everyday. I was only able to get very tiny little pulls off of it, and the battery fully died with a decent amount of oil left in it. All the others I have bought before this one, I was able to fully empty the cartridge, as I should be. went to return it and was told that they couldn't do anything caz there wasn't more than half left in the cart!!??? this a 3 tenths of a gram cart that cost 25 dollars that I only got maybe a tenth out of and not very well at all. clearly a defective product. They refused to exchange it for a new one. I'm truly disappointed because I really did enjoy these products, really too bad that the success of this place seems to have made them forget where they started. I will spend my daily oil money elsewhere from now on.

Found Theory Wellness as it popped up As a Rec in my Leafly app - husband and I went to check it out and we really liked it! Appreciate the menu selection they have on Leafly and surprisingly, liked their product (we are v selective and cannabis snobs). We like to shop thru Leafly and appreciate being able to order - customer service was pretty good too.

I have visited several times when in the area. Great prices. The staff is always helpful and nice.

We just love this WEED OUTLET! Great prices and fabulous service. Dylan was awesome he answered the many questions with patience and kindness.

On vacation didn’t know the area, scrolled Leafly for a while, you never know what you’re getting. I’m glad I choose theory and they did not disappoint. Prices are a little higher than what I’m used to. I’d order again.
