Power Plant on Thurman

I ordered the one product I can tolerate taking with my prescription meds after seeing it listed as in stock. My order was confirmed and marked ready for pickup, but when my partner arrived, staff told them the product wasn’t available at all. Unfortunately, this is part of a recurring problem. Nearly every time I visit, staff seem unsure of what’s in stock, they don't know their own inventory or what products are available from a given popular brand (Drops, Kickers, etc) and the menus on Leafly and Weedmaps don’t reliably match the store’s inventory. Confirming an order as ready when you don’t have the product is especially frustrating. I rely on this specific product for my health and wellness, so accurate inventory matters. Being within walking distance made this store convenient, but that convenience means little when I can’t count on getting what I ordered. I’d rather spend time and gas to drive to a dispensary I can depend on. In addition, often their gummies are stale and many months past the packing date. I won’t be returning.

I asked for fresh herb and they gave me herb that was a year old .. I trusted them...didn't check until I got home... Jack Herer that was harvested in October of 25... I told them I didn't care about the cost I just wanted to make sure it was fresh because it takes me a long time to get through a gram... I will be trashing it

One of if not THE BEST cannabis shop in NW Portland! Everyone is super friendly and the staff always makes me feel incredibly welcome when you walk in the door. The budtenders are very knowledgeable and always recommend products to try without being pushy. The prices are above average but the quality of the cannabis is definitely worth it. Definitely a 10/10

this is my favorite dispensary in nw portland. great prices, a daily happy hour deal, friendly staff, always getting in lots of new flower.
