My husband and I are here way too often, best weed and customer service in Salem for sure!
I find it to be Unprofessional when Dispensaries do not label product properly and don't update Leafy menu. Went in thinking there was happy hour 2-4:20 No! Strawberry Cough No! Any Specials? No! Was it posted on Leafly? Yes! Bud tenders need to stop getting so High on edibles during work hours FYI that might help your business. Selection is very good & They have space cakes could of bought some but didn't see on the menu & since it's cash only And $3 to use the ATM couldn't get some. That's why you need to update the menu!
Busy location always full of clients. Rather small location but expanding soon!

What a refreshing experience. Top shelf bud was on sale during the month of February and I was able to get an excellent deal on some crazy good stuff! Being my first time in I was graciously given a free joint of my choosing which was just the icing on the cake. Excellent atmosphere and service. Pleasantly impressed.

Truly amazing selection of dry and fairly mediocre flower, but where's the service? Budtenders know nothing about marijuana. I feel like I'm shopping in a warehouse staffed by morgue attendants. Also didn't appreciate budtenders complaining about other customers in front of new customers. Won't be back.

Chemdawg at $12.50 a gram that's absolutely covered in manners, aka herm flowers. With as many male flowers that were present just in the display hat, there is bound to be seeds in it. Overall large selection of pretty mediocre products. Probably won't go back.
Wow... What happened to this place. The bud quality has gone down and the staff is filled with people that are short, unwelcoming and not knowledgable. I also overheard two of them speaking ill of another customer (or patient) ... Sad to say I'll be looking for a new place.

Judging from your feedback and your reference to “crowded waiting room”, you must have been in the store several weeks ago, as that has all changed. On Monday, February 15, we opened up our new space to better serve both our OMMP & Recreational customers. This new space is approximately 2500 square feet of Bud Tending Excellence! Designed specifically with our customers in mind to eliminate the crowded waiting room and to enhance the customer experience by providing a space to educate on products available as well as the Producers and Processors providing the products for you.
Due to the high volume of customers, we are quickly responding by on-boarding additional Bud Tenders and Customer Tenders to both reduce customer wait times and to increase 1:1 services. Once appropriately staffed, we will be reopening our OMMP ONLY side of the dispensary to exclusively focus on the needs of our most valued OMMP customers.
As for the seeds, we do take our Quality Assurances VERY SERIOUSLY! Not only do we strictly follow the State Laws and guidelines in regards to product testing… we go above and beyond, striving only to purchase the highest quality products to make available in our store. Unfortunately, given the required quantities purchased to ensure product availability at the lowest and best price to our customer… and given that it’s a plant… Mother Nature will slip a seed in now and again. I assure you, however, both our producers and our staff do our best to ensure that the seeds are not in your bag… rather on the shelf and available to purchase for your future growing adventures.
We hope you will visit again. We at TLC Cannabis Emporium do want to further improve upon our product Quality Assurance, and most of all provide the best possible customer experience.

I went here today for the first time, and was very pleased. Great, friendly service, and very clean and friendly atmosphere. This place is on the other end of Salem from me, however, they will be getting my business in the future. Thanks TLC staff!
