This might be more of a Leafly.com problem, but my wife wanted to try some Super Boof that she found listed here online. Turns out it was shake/trim and it didn't say that online, and the guys in the dispensary didn't bother to open the bag and have her look at it before she leaves the store to make sure it was what she really wanted.
I guess the moral of the story is call ahead to make sure your bud isn't shake and have the employees show a little more courtesy to new people that decide to try your store.

I went in for the first time a few days ago and I was amazed at how many varieties of product they have. The budtender I had was super nice and answered all my questions and helped me out. In fact I enjoyed the experience so much I will be in again tonight and other nights to come 👍

Quality control seems to be going downhill. Been shopping here a long time and I'm just sayin, I'll go online for seeds.

This was my first time doing a mobile order at any dispensary not to mention my first time going to TF and it just can't get any easier. One or two things were out of stock but the woman tending to me was very helpful with substitute items. On top of that the prices were as low as I have seen so that's dope. This is my new weed shop, worth the drive every time. My mobile order was ready in like ten minutes. Keep it up Toker Friendly 😀

Everything about Toker Friendly, from the prices, to the people, and the atmosphere is just as their name implies: FRIENDLY. The staff is incredibly easy going and knowledgeable about their products and how to best suit their customers is truly a league beyond what most dispensaries in the Spokane area offer. They have a wide range of products that really offers something for everyone. After three years of shopping with Toker Friendly, they are like family! Shout out to my boy Landon and to the ever wonderful Ms. Essie! Love you guys!

Service is Phenomenal! If something isn't in, the recommendations are a close match, of not better
Service at Toker Friendly is always excellent. They don’t always have exactly what I’m looking for, but they have great suggestions to get me where I’m going.
This was my first time placing an online order. My order was ready and complete very quickly.

The guys in there always remember me and my usually selections, very friendly. I’ve never had bad customer service here from. Everyone here is fucking amazing to me! Especially tall man, never disappointed with anything he’s recommended, totally forgot his name, but one rockstar for sure!

This place is just super inconsistent. I've gone 3-4 times and will not be going back. Last time I went in, I asked for a specific product that was available on their Leafly menu. I was told that "sorry it's locked in the safe I can't sell it to you." Don't put it on your menu if it's not available.
Also some better training for their budtenders would be something I'd recommend. The lady I saw the time prior seemed absolutely clueless. Overall just needs work. Great weed though for market price.

I bought 2 Mike Tyson blunts here and I got home and 1 was broken and the lady was very rude about exchanging it or giving me a credit or anything for me so I will never be back as she was very rude.
