Top Crop - Ontario

I’ve been coming here since back in the days when it was pretty bare bones in there and they came a long way since then .They have such a chill place and dank buds and a good selection on other things as well. Plus the dab counters pretty convenient . If you are looking for a fast and laid back experience that’s easy and not rushed like other dispos check em out. Oh they do curbside too 🫡.

Please go to a different dispensary while in Ontario. I went to Top Crop yesterday in good faith, after a few pretty bad experiences. It seems I’m not the only one in the reviews who has been ignored or had bad service. But someone in charge read my last review and reached out, so I went back yesterday to give Top Crop one more chance. I did the pick up window, and the total they told me seemed really off, like $60 too much. I asked how could the tax on $130 of goods be that high, and two men both spoke to me like I was dumb as a rock. I’m an accountant - I can do math. Something felt off but they both argued with me, so I was about to pay that price. One of them decided to double check my to go order and guess what, not only was I “somehow” overcharged, but four packs of gummies were missing - so that’s another $30 that I would have been shorted!!! They did charge my card the wrong amount and “made it right” by giving me cash back but no receipt and no profit of their math, so I have no way of knowing what I should have been actually charged. I left feeling like I almost got taken advantage of - none of this is ok. Someone who owns Top Crop needs to reach out to me. This is not he first time the total price has been off

Absolutely love going in and having Noah as our favorite choice for a bud tender. Britton was a very nice host at the front desk. Enjoyed speaking to him. Top crop is the only place we shop!

I just love the atmosphere in this place. Since they first opened I've been coming here! I feel like a local celebrity with these guys at top crop... I've got the logo tatted on me and they think it's so awesome they all just treat me as much as the team as the actual team members!! It’s so easy to just order what I need, pull up around back and I don’t even have to get out of my car! The managers and employees are all friendly and helpful.

Great Staff!!! Great prices and place to go for when they have my strain in stock! Lovin the curb side for online orders for pick up.. its convenient, quick, don't have to stand around listening to other convos.. lol. Pull up, they out, im gone. Fabulous service! A+ 😎 DO RECOMMEND 😁

Top crop was the first dispensary that I went to in Oregon and Ive stuck with them ever since!! amazing customer service, top-tier products and I just love the atmosphere every time I come in Definitely recommend top crop to anybody

Every time I went to Top crop to buy carts, there was at least one that wouldn’t work. I would have to go back to Ontario to replace it what a waste of gas and they didn’t give me my refund. Overrated

Uppity staff and false advertising. Been coming here for years and today they were out of line. It’ll be a long while, if ever, that I go back.
