Problem #1: Little to no shake menu, and when they do have shake/trim it is not only overpriced, but they force you to buy in bulk. Start selling shake for $35 per 1/4 Oz like every other thriving cannabis shop.
Problem #2: the flower is severely overpriced! Everyone wants to maximize profit, but there's a fine line between supply-and-demand and theft. True Wellness Aberdeen walks this tightrope dangerously. Everyone knows that 90% of shops in Maryland buy from the same supplier, so trying to sell mid-grade bud for a top shelf price will be exploited instantaneously and without remorse. You can raise the price a little, but stop trying to rip people off.
Problem#3: Very limited selection. Step your game up Aberdeen!
Problem#4: No wellness shop/accessory shop! You could maximize upsells by designing the facility in a way which customers have to pass through the attention-grabbing isles of accessories in order to exit the building. It isn't rocket science. It's marketing.
Follow my tips and tricks and I promise, you're business will double if not triple profits. I have seen it done in cannabis shops that I will not name since they haven't paid for promotion. Thank you.
