Trulieve - Brandon

This place takes way too long. People standing around out back and customers waiting in the front. What gives? 45 min wait most times. Some employees have an attitude some are nice. The wait alone has me going to other places.

the heavier woman at the front desk was beyond rude. love trulieve. THIS LOCATION SUCKS! 2 HOUR WAIT. big lady let's people of her choice just walk right in no wait. while some wait for 2 hours on some days.

What I did like about my visit was ** Isabel ** she was very knowledgable and very helpful very pleasant to be around definitely five star customer service

This was my first visit and I definitely enjoyed it! Jake (from State Farm) listened to me and helped with my selections based off of his knowledge and what I was wanting help with during the day and night. I suffer from chronic pain from RA and I also struggle with digestive issues that make eating an impossible task most days. FYI if this is all new to you, request a consultation in store or online and either Jake or the other friendly staff will help you with your needs beforehand so you’ll know what will work best.

I visited during the grand opening and expected madness. Check in was quick and convenient. Once inside, the staff was very friendly. Amanda S helped me with my order and I was in and out. The product purchased was all very high quality. I will definitely go back again. I’m so happy this location opened up!

I absolutely LOVE this store! Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. Jake (from State Farm, as he described himself to me) was remarkable! I decided to try the TruClear for the first time, and he gave me many different options for use and wrote down some of it so I would remember! Not to mention, he has a wonderful personality and has amazing customer service skills; I'm in hospitality management, so I definitely know great customer service skills when I see them. He either needs a promotion or a raise! I hope I get to work with him in my future visits, as the Brandon store is my home store. Great job, Jake!!!

I just went here for my last time. It is always a hassle with them too, their "patient reps" are looking for reasons to block the sale, not make one. The location is absolutely horrible, there is really only one way out and thats Kings 🙄 Their handicapped "access" ramp is a good walk from the door. I never thought I would say this, but there are too many dispensaries in Brandon, but it appears there is. Their products are nothing special. Their flower reminded me of old school Mexican dirt weed. Every strain I tried had a funky aftertaste. Their crumble is good, but not worth the hassle. Let me put it this way - Grow Healthy has the best flower in Florida hands down. Curaleaf blows Trulieve out of the water any day on concentes. Basically Trulieve is redundant.

It's always easy to order from the website and the orders get filled quickly and accurately. The text system to sign in from your car is quick and easy and I've never had a wait longer than 10 minutes. The staff is extremely helpful, especially Michael R. who took care of some missing points and made sure I received my discount. The only thing I would like better was if the potency was listed on the various strains but I've only gotten one (Pineapple Upside Down Cake) that had a strange taste.

Another great day to be a Trulieve customer. I wont highlight just one person because everyone there is truly awesome. Thanks for a great experience everytime !

Been to a few different trulieves and this was and has easily been the best in every aspect! Never had a problem and the employees have always been helpful, knowledgeable and too cool for words!!! Especially Sookie!!! I look forward to my next visit as always!!!

I love the flower from Trulieve. Stand out strains: Lemon OG, Lemon Tree (if you can find it), Black Tuna, and Paradise Waits. Customer service is always fantastic at this location and the wait is not usually too long staff really keeps you informed/up to date about how long the wait will be. If you can get the $25 a 1/4 ground flower get it! Mini buds on Mondays 1/8th for $27 frequent sales keep me a happy customer! Get anything from the BINSKE brand if you suffer from pain, the chocolate and gummies have been some of the best medicine for my aches and pains.

I had placed an order the day after Thanksgiving which was one of the biggest sales for the month. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was disappointed to find out that my order was not processed due to a computer glitch. My savior Kiana definitely helped me get what I needed at the discounted price. Thank you Kiana for going over and beyond for your customer's.

Very friendly informative staff. They keep the store well stocked and and try their best to cycle in new product and keeping old favorites on the shelves. I have been to every dispensary in tampa brandon and I have to say that trulieve brandon goes above and beyond expectations . This is definitely my go to for medicinal flower and inhalation concentrates!!
