I put in orders online and have NEVER, in almost 3 years, walked into ANY of the trulieve dispensaries without waiting for at least 10 minutes... even if I'm the only person there ! Ridiculous and mostly annoying as hell...WHY are they the ONLY place where you're forced to sit in a waiting room ? This last visit, yesterday, was the worst experience yet; I put in an order for an eighth of flower at 7:44AM, got the confirmation, at 9:44AM got the text and email that my order is ready to pickup. I arrived at 11:00AM and was told the computer system was down..."could be 5 minutes or 3 hours" and to come back later. I don't live around the corner from this location. I went back at 3:00PM and guess what ???? They did not have the flower I had ordered !!! WTF people??? The guy helping me wasn't at all compassionate, in fact he was pretty rude, and just shrugged and said "yeah, it happens" not any suggestions for a different strain or any solution at all ! I was very annoyed by the whole run around and used the word "shit" in one of my comments to express my annoyance...he said "thanks for the language and you have a very nice day" what a rude-ass, condescending little twit ,STEVE !!!! Some of their MANAGERS have used the F-bomb like they're at home !!! I'm 70 years old and I expect, AT LEAST, a certain amount of respect and AT LEAST, a certain amount of compassion...got neither at the gulf to bay location and won't be going back there. Spread the word people ! * not the first derogatory encounter at trulieve and I KNOW I'm not the only one. Their stocks are on the way DOWN, not a surprise. Heads up folks

The 1 star for quality is because I can't review the quality due to my last few online orders not being filled at the Clearwater Location; instead I get a call by Andrew every week telling me they don't have my order. The 1 star for service is because not only do they not have my order on a weekly basis, but Andrew doesn't even offer anything to make up for their inability to control their inventory. The 1 star for atmosphere is because I have no need to go into this location when I receive weekly calls from Andrew telling me he doesn't have my order; so I have no need to go to the Clearwater Location. This is like CVS calling me weekly to tell me they don't have my insulin for my type 1 diabetes or my Zenpep I need as a result of my Pancreatic Cancer. This medicine is very important and should not be messed up. If you cant control inventory you shouldn't be in a position that requires inventory control. I will not return to this location.
No shatter or wax for clearwater/palm harbor on multiple visits. Super annoying
I have been visiting this location for years & always been pleased. Recently Eric R provided me with amazing service, despite the fact that their computers were down. He really went above & beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met quickly & accurately, despite the technical challenges. His positive attitude & quality customer service were unmatched by anything I have experienced before.
