Most trulieves are ok. Fort pierce Florida trulieve is the worst do not waste your time. Staff is unprofessional, an very disorganized. Over an hour wait time. An staff takes priority around 8pm 830pm; they stop taking patients so the workers can get there products since the state shuts down the system at 9pm exactly.
Barbara was outstanding. She helped a young man that was attempting to figure out my order. Barbara was very informative and pleasant to communicate with during my wait. She is a real asset to your FT Pierce Location.
The customer service here is great! Beat my expectations. The staff here is welcoming and friendly. Jessica is kind and knowledgeable about the products trulieve has. She helped me find the right things to get the best bang for my buck. Definitely coming back soon!
Jessica was SUPER!! I gave her a challenge of my budget to spend and she rocked it. She made it work. She recomended "CRESCENDO" which was very mellow and smooth and perfect to take the edge off of a stressful day. Jessica is terrific!! So driven and devoted and so friendly.

I don't dislike anything about trulieve other than I would like a different shopping experience once in awhile rather than have truly by every single Dispensary on every corner. I'm pissed that the colors Vape products are not on your shelves like you promised would be October 12th, had my orders completely disappear before many times from Vero especially, and at this point you guys are manufacturing cannabis there's no love. And by the time you open your eighth, it's already dried up.
Trulieve is an amazingly evolving company indeed! With vast experience in the Interior Design field and retired due to severe neck disability (titanium in my neck) I obtained a job in 3/2020 after becoming a patient at Trulieve. My name is Ann and I worked at the Fort Pierce location. Without going into to much detail I was blindsided and fired yesterday for tardiness to many times . I believe 9 times, Although I was an excellent employee in ever Other way. Anyhow, I would highly recommend avoiding this company. They have huge internal problems with mostly lazy kids running it with very low self esteem, as well as no customer service knowledge. Bottom line Patient Care is not their top priority. Greed and numbers are.

I love this place, my favorite! Always seem to get Barbara or Irvin and they’re both awesome! Store is clean, great selection and always a smooth quick pick up for my online orders. The helpful staff is always happy to add to your online order when you arrive for pick up, unlike other dispensary’s I’ve been to which frown upon it and make it difficult. IMO, this is the best dispensary around as far as quality, selection and price. And the awesome buds seem to just keep getting better and better!
I like this store. Everyone is friendly and try to help you. The website needs work. The strains on the site arent what your getting at the shops as far as tinctures go. When you talk to someone online or on the phone everyone says something different. They should have more product knowledge. But THIS stores people are helpful and if they dont know they find out.
My experience at Trulieve Fort Pierce was amazing! I It was my first time and I wasn't very knowledgeable about the products or anything. But, I didn't have to worry because I got a very thorough consultation on the different products and ways to take them. They took their time and asked me all the questions i wasn't even thinking about. We found the best option for me and gave me a lot of information. The crew was great too, very nice, helpful, and informative Barbara, Irvin, Noah, D, Zach and Samantha. They're the best!
The placed was clean friendly Greetings from the staff. They run out of flower to quick making me always choose them 2nd. I love flower... I tried Dutch Hawaiian3.5 & White Buffalo 3.5.
Front desk staff are super friendly and welcoming. Also the guy that checked me out was very helpful and knowledgeable. I think his name was Korey, he has blue hair. Overall my experience was great.
