I LOVE GrowHealthy delivery. I get it from the southeast delivery location. They are ALWAYS nice on the phone and willing to help in any way they can. They’ve Reschedule the delivery for me three times because I was in the hospital. My meds were held for me. I cannot possibly say anything but good. I want to visit my local store more but it’s 30 min away and delivery is so great I don’t HAVE to go. Plus...the quality if products I’ve tried is worth it even if I do make the drive!!! That’s better than any other dispensary I’ve visited yet. I’ve had their flower, distillate, and carts. I do not like the fruitful. (It disintegrated the capsules I put it in and regular distillate from them does not do that!) Tru, Cura, Lib, Sur, 1P, Fluent, Müv, & Vida in my area. GrowHealthy is my FAVE!!!!

This is the best Curaleaf I’ve been in. The dispensary is staffed by some of the friendliest and knowledgeable budtenders I’ve met so far. Hopefully they can get more stock in consistently again soon. (All dispensary’s are affected currently.) The location parking is terrible, but that’s my only actual consistent complaint about this location. I’ve recommended this location many times!

This is my go to for distillate. It’s excellent and usually brings relief much faster than the same strains at other locations. (In distillate) They’ve been low on stock for awhile but that should end once they adjust to the new third party testing set up. I wish there was one in my town but they’re worth the 35 minute drive!! (Or delivery when products are in stock!)

The location leaves a lot to be desired. But the dispensary itself is clean and bright. I have had issues multiples times. Under weight, the slim vapes seem to be half as potent or less than their 510 carts, and one or two staff members without a good understanding of their products. This was the first dispensary I went to after receiving my card. The bud tender told me the exact opposite of what I needed and products he recommended caused me to be paranoid to the point of being paralyzed with fear until it wore off. Horrible first experience. Second visit was the same. It took a different dispensary to help me understand what I needed. The location HAS gotten better. I had stopped shopping there but it’s improved so much that it’s back on my list of regulars. The employees are a LOT friendlier and quick to help.

The quality is almost always great. But when you have a product issue, it can be complicated. (Tru is the best on this aspect so far.) Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The head manager, I believe it’s a woman IF she’s still there, is horrible. I’ve seen her personally be rude and nasty to a patient for zero reason. I was on the phone with my sibling, could hear everything, and she was extremely unprofessional. I want to use this location for the other excellent budtenders, but I’m always filled with anxiety at the thought of dealing with her. And I’ve heard the same story from patients in the waiting rooms of other dispensaries. I’ll use Stuart until they can set things right in management.

Excellent staff and I love the location. Plenty of extra parking in the large plaza. The waiting room is beautiful and the dispensing room is very bright and clean. I’m so happy we were lucky enough to get a OnePlant store front!
