Trulieve - Miami Gardens

I walked in the store and I was greeted right away by Albert at the front desk. He was professional and polite. Then I was taken in and was helped by Steven and Jose. I was so confused with all the products. There was so many choices. Jose and Steven answered all my questions with extreme detail. In the end, I got amazing products because of their expertise. I don't write reviews often, but I had to make an account to write this. Steven, Jose and Albert treated me with the best customer service I had in a long time. That's especially hard to come across in Miami. They made me a happy customer and I left the store with a big smile. It won't be the last time I visit!

I would have to say my overall experience with Trulieve has been outstanding. On top of all the exceptional products, they produce, as well as the immense variety of product they have. Their customer service always above and beyond. Their entire team is devoted to assisting with your every need and question. My experience with Steven, in particular, he took the time to break down my needs and find the perfect product for me. I have no doubt that he will do the same for you. Trulieve can be a disappointment to some because they do a terrible job at keeping the actual inventory the same as the one posted online besides that they are overall very friendly and helpful! I was provided very excellent service from Stephy she definitely one of the best and I recommend trying them first because they have some pretty good stuff! When they’re on hand

As a new patient and I am still learning and went into this blind. Steven was super helpful and spent time explaining how everything worked to me. I left with a great understanding of how all the products work and what is best for me. So far everything has worked exactly as described by Steven. The atmosphere is great and service is fast.

First time patient. Steven was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to assist. Left with the right products(Stardawg minis, Skywalker minis, SSD vape cartridge w/battery, and 1 TruClear Clm Syringe)—top notch quality, btw—and have experienced much relief. Definitely will shop here again.

I went in about 2 months ago for my first time at a dispensary and I was helped by a guy named Steven. He was so helpful and helped me pick out what I wanted. I’ve been going ever since and still have a great time!

this was a very very nice establishment. no wait, no line. all three people in the front were very nice and professional. Jorge helped me when I got to the back and was just amazing. couldn't have asked for any better. I asked so many questions and he answered all of them. He cared so much if he didn't know the answer he made sure I got the answer before I left. Jorge is the best. you have to go see him

I have been here several times, and I've been helped by amazing staff members. I am terrible with names but the one that sticks out is Jorge. He is extremely knowledgeable, and his recommendations are always exactly what I am looking for.

I’ve been to several Trulive location around Florida, this is yet my favorite location. Lots of parking, staff is great at this location and also very knowledgeable, the store is very clean and smells great. Management is always around and ready to help. Security, front desk staff always acknowledges all the patients as soo. As we walking in. I will be a regular in this location

I went to Trulieve a few days ago and absolutely loved my experience! Jose Chavra assisted me and he was absolutely kind and patient, and helped me set up the app to pay by scan.. thank you Jose for everything, I love that the items were discounted, and am very happy with my experience thus far with the products!

The service was very fast and professional. I was assisted almost instantly and Steven was very informative and helpful. The medicine was top notch and I will definitely be coming back.
