Trulieve - Miami Gardens

Overall the flower here is okay. The service inside was pretty good, but the service over the phone was TERRIBLE! All I wanted to know was if they had flower available at their Miami Gardens location because sometimes what they have listed on leafly is not the most up to date inventory and the lady on the phone wanted me to give her my first and last name, my patient ID, my date of birth, like LADY.. all I want to know is do you have flower available, YES OR NO, simple. needless to say, I hung up and won't be coming back unless its an emergency.

I placed an order over the phone so I wouldn't have to wait too long when I got to the store. The person on the phone was very friendly. He told me what was in stock and I placed an order for a few products. He told me that I could pick it up at around 6:30-7:00. I got there at 7:00 and they told me there was a 45-minute wait. I waited 45-minutes and they told me it would be another 25 minutes. I waited another 25-minutes and when I finally got in they told me that most of what I had order was out of stock. These people have no idea how to run a business. I will never go back.

Every time I visit this location I get so lucky to have BEX as my bud tender 💚 she’s very knowledgeable and sweet. Even remembered my mom from our last visit! Now my mom is in the process of getting her cannabis card thank you bex 🤗🤗 thanks for the sweater to now it’s really tru swag

I would have to say my overall experience with Trulieve has been outstanding. On top of all the exceptional products, they produce, as well as the immense variety of product they have. Their customer service always above and beyond. Their entire team is devoted to assisting with your every need and question. My experience with Steven, in particular, he took the time to break down my needs and find the perfect product for me. I have no doubt that he will do the same for you. It's so convenient for me plus the employees are great, Jorge fully let me understand all the different ways and effect that help me with my illness. I will be definitely going back to this location.

Great experience! Jose was very helpful for all my questions - he was super friendly and his suggested strains of flower - a great sativa that gave me energy and the wonderful 9lb hammer indica gave me the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time! I will definitely make this my go to dispensary!

Big waiting area and store very well organized and spacious. One of my favorite stores now. I finally found the flower green crack and jack herrer that I love! Brenda B was friendly and besides she was in training she did an excellent job! Coming here again!

I went in about 2 months ago for my first time at a dispensary and I was helped by a guy named Steven. He was so helpful and helped me pick out what I wanted. I’ve been going ever since and still have a great time!

Hello everybody " just wanted to write a review about trulieve Miami Gardens on 47th ave Because every-time i go there its fast to get into the back where they keep the medicine" there always friendly to me , and best of all they always have what i am looking for . Steven always hooks me up with the latest products and has always been upfront and knowledgeable about their products and services to me." From returning broken faulty products to reprinting me new proofs of scripts for my medicine when i lost them. As a new patient and I am still learning and went into this blind. Steven was super helpful and spent time explaining how everything worked to me. I left with a great understanding of how all the products work and what is best for me. So far everything has worked exactly as described by Steven. The atmosphere is great and service is fast.

I was glad i stopped by even as they were closing shortly. Everyone was friendly and worked in a efficient manner to assist everyones needs on time. I was helped by Shamra, very polite and georgous tendant (almost made me forget what i came for 😁). Most importantly, she even went out of here way to help me find what i needed. Great experience as i left very satisfied Go Shamra!! Would deff recomend a visit.

I just had to leave a GLOWING review about my visit today. Beginning with the timely and friendly reception that I received from Truhostess Rachel and ending with the super attentiveness of Fabian. Despite me going at the absolute worst hour of the day, I was in and out in roughly 15 minutes, with ALL of my questions answered (thanks again Fabian for going over the TruTincture Drops). I left with a smile underneath my face mask and AMAZING products, that I haven’t tried before. Will be returning soon for them drops! Cheers!
