I like Brenda from the miami gardens location and she was great

I just had to leave a GLOWING review about my visit today. Beginning with the timely and friendly reception that I received from Truhostess Rachel and ending with the super attentiveness of Fabian. Despite me going at the absolute worst hour of the day, I was in and out in roughly 15 minutes, with ALL of my questions answered (thanks again Fabian for going over the TruTincture Drops). I left with a smile underneath my face mask and AMAZING products, that I haven’t tried before. Will be returning soon for them drops! Cheers!

Overall the flower here is okay. The service inside was pretty good, but the service over the phone was TERRIBLE! All I wanted to know was if they had flower available at their Miami Gardens location because sometimes what they have listed on leafly is not the most up to date inventory and the lady on the phone wanted me to give her my first and last name, my patient ID, my date of birth, like LADY.. all I want to know is do you have flower available, YES OR NO, simple. needless to say, I hung up and won't be coming back unless its an emergency.

I was assisted by a employee named Reuben who is a “Pc” as I was told by several other employees there. He gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced in ANY medical marijuana dispensary EVER. Not impressed and won’t be coming back ever.

Steven guided me through everything and made this a memorable visit yum sure to come back

Hello everybody " just wanted to write a review about trulieve Miami Gardens on 47th ave Because every-time i go there its fast to get into the back where they keep the medicine" there always friendly to me , and best of all they always have what i am looking for . Steven always hooks me up with the latest products and has always been upfront and knowledgeable about their products and services to me." From returning broken faulty products to reprinting me new proofs of scripts for my medicine when i lost them. Great experience! Jose was very helpful for all my questions - he was super friendly and his suggested strains of flower - a great sativa that gave me energy and the wonderful 9lb hammer indica gave me the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time! I will definitely make this my go to dispensary!

First time patient. Steven was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to assist. Left with the right products(Stardawg minis, Skywalker minis, SSD vape cartridge w/battery, and 1 TruClear Clm Syringe)—top notch quality, btw—and have experienced much relief. Definitely will shop here again.

Very long wait times.

Today was my first time here & I had a great experience. This young guy named Alex helped me out & he seemed very knowledgeable about what he was talking about. I felt very comfortable talking to him & we had a nice conversation. I loved the service here. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

So I used their “lovely” app for early check in. I got my text just as I pulled up. Went inside gave my ID said I was there for a pick up and they said I would be next. This random gent walked in for a pick up with NO ID, NO MASK and gentleman from the back went and grabbed him a mask and then he just waltzed right in like he owned the place. When I checked with the attendant she said, oh, you were supposed to go before him....minutes go by...20 minutes actually since I walked in when I was supposed to be already done and out the door. I FINALLY get called after the aforementioned gent had already come and gone. I understand limited space in your facility, but blatant disregard for protocol and a LINE! Like WTF!!! Will think twice about coming back here.

Los parqueos son estrechos y pocos. No tienen un área para uno estar esperando afuera comododamente. También me molesta que sigan un protocolo de pandemia"!,el cual no existe en la mayoría de lugares,no permitiendo que uno lleve a un invitado como antes. Tampoco da nada a todos los que consumimos más de 150 dólares y más en sus productos ! Solo al principio daban alguna camiseta,o pluma electrónica,ect... Solo saben jugar con supuestos descuentos de productos que están elevados en precios. Los empleados son muy agradables, y es lo más valioso que tienen ( vendedores con carisma para Uno seguir comprando buena mercancía! Pero como todo!! Subida de precios !!.
