This is my go to dispensary... My last visit, the girl that waited on my seemed like it was a hassle to look up how much medication I was allowed to revive, said "oh I'd have to log on to the state site" ... Her service sucked, to be honest , and if I go back, I'll make sure she never waits on me again... It was like I was inconvenienced her ... I've been going here for over 3 years..

Had just gotten approved for my card. First place I went the following day. Very new and not totally sure what to do. I knew what issues I wanted to handle. The person (wish I could remember her name) took her time and explained things but did not overload me with too much information. Prices were cool even without the discounts and sale items offered. But that was a nice plus. Definitely going back. Thanks for the help.

Simply Amazing!!! 1st time patients I recommend this location, Tony and his team were by far the MOST informative and pleasant to deal with. I’ve been there a few times now and they seem to have new information to share particularly about products and with fact and personal opinion which make the choosing process more easy. It can get confusing with so many options , but Tony and his team will definitely make it comfortable in explaining what is it you should get by a little description of what it is you enjoy and what best helps your medical issues. This place is Absolutely 💯 Amazing along with each & every employee Here & in Lakland. I have even went somewhere else couple of times, & IT wasn't MY DR'S NAME. SOMEONE ELSE'S DR. BUT IT WAS WHAT I ORDERED.... NOW that TRUELIVE is in Winter Haven Fl. THEY'LL have my business EveryTime. It's not ALWAYS about the MM. ITS ALSO about Just How well they treat You ! Never had a bad experience at Trulieve and that's why this is my #1 store. The atmosphere is always so welcoming and staff has always been amazing. Melissa was helpful while I waited yesterday and answered all my questions, Ben was awesome during my purchase, and the leadership is awesome.

The staff is much friendler than the Lakeland store which I had been using. They also seem to have a better selection in stock, they actually get enough stock to meet local demands, unlike lakeland I'm able to get what I want. Very happy with this location. Keep up the good work...
