This location was great when first opened, now absolutely no care for patients and their time

This is my first time, just got my MM card information. Today is super Saturday and they have all their weed on sale but when I got there they were out of everything. They had two strains & they only had 8ths. They told me they didn’t get stock in. I asked how can they run a sale then!!! That’s like bait and switch. People are very friendly though, but what’s the sense if they don’t have product. As for the product it was very good. I’m still disappointed! I will be trying out another dispensary in the future.

customer service is typical for 2020. managers have no direct supervisor per Juan he then told me to go to a different location. all they care about is money here. Without consequences they can do whatever they like. I have pics of the armed security sleeping on the job as well.

I don't know everyone's name but Noah G.,Mel,THE guy at the front desk all the security guards are nice respectful.I do notice a lot of your employees put up with alot of people that complain and at the end of the day you can tell.People are rude,your employees I have yet to see get angry.Except Dean,thats why I don't go to Ft lauderdale.That's a whole other issue.Overall Dania Beach local is by far have a lot of product,a smile when u walk in and friendly employees.#DaniaBeach Trulieve

Every time I call to order in the last few days your system says 14 min wait. This is not true. If your company does not get more persons to answer the phones I will take my business elsewhere.

Took a visit today, got back home and missing 2 prerolls. Like with any purchase, make sure you got all your stuff! But this spot is alright, staff is cool. Limited parking. Make appt before coming or order ahead of time. Wait time is 1 hour.

The barristers know nothing

I only have about 40% hearing. Between the masks, the shields, and the A/C unit I can't hear anyone there. I tried moving to hear better and get yelled at. Try explaining I'm hard of hearing either let me move or speak louder. I got neither. Had this happen twice. Never going to this location ever again, the customer service to those hard of hearing is nonexistent. Plus the parking is absolutely horrendous.

I’m currently on hold and have been for 20 minutes.... I placed an order for pickup at 11 am and it is 6pm and it’s not ready..... Extremely disappointed with this location

I recommend this dispensary always. The staff is so helpful and courteous, that I even applied on trulieve for employment. I left my resume with Richie. Today's experience was nice because Trey was so helpful and explained what each strain contained. I gove this dispensary a 5 in all areas..just wish someone would call me for a chance to work with such a great, professional and courteous staff....Keep up the good work.

Dania Truleive is the best location in Broward. Ask for Ricky, Noah, Bianca or AJ. I used to go to the Fort Laud one off 441... staff is friendly, OK wait times... but then I tried Dania one day and they were super fast and super friendly. I was in and out. I order online and now I even check in online when I am a few min away ... I go at least 2-3 times a week on avg and I have never waited more than 5 minutes. The only time I would say avoid is Fri night ... the line is around the bldg. I came back this morning (Sat around noon), was in and out in under 2 min. AVOID DEERFIELD location --- longest wait time -- almost an hour and the app said it was a 6 min wait -- they said the app is never accurate. Well At Dania its faster than what the app says, every time. 10 stars for me.

I go to Dania Beach Trulieve. All the employees are great there. I must spend a moment telling you how great Harrison B is. I was there one afternoon when a very difficult older woman was there. She didn’t understand since it was her first time but she was so difficult & loud. Harrison stepped up to help.. he was calm, professional & respectful in dealing with her. Very impressed by him.

I would like to acknowledge the gentlemen who delivered my order this past Sunday. They were very courteous and very efficient. You can tell that they enjoy their job. When I visit the store in Dania, everyone who works there is very knowledgeable about the products. I would recommend people to visit the store when you can and if you choose home delivery, you will receive your products in a timely manner. Thank you all for what you do.

AJ and Cisca were extremely helpful in explaining concentrates and helping make my first purchase. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling that I had bought what I was searching to get.

Great quality medicine

First of all, every single time I go, the employees are all so wonderful. However, I’d especially like to mention Kleber who is a true darling, always very knowledgeable and helpful. On June 3 I was so impressed with Cisco, who was extremely nice and a very caring, gentle soul. Also, Ricky helped me so smoothly and quickly, a pleasure. On a different visit in April, Devin was great, as well. I keep going back to that location even tho it’s a big drive, as it’s worth every minute just knowing I will be taken care of by these wonderful people! Thank you!

It feels funny giving 5 stars at the outset to anybody, but what can you do when the place and people really, truly deserve it? Trulieve entered my life about 18 months ago near Miami Airport. Good product, but staff obviously chafing under the pile of DOH regulations, especially with regard to locations and clunky procedures mandated by Tallahassee. It was uncomfortable consistently having to drive out to and around the airport to get medicated. And then they opened in Dania. With their talented staff, they consistently help me overcome the challenges that I've faced with my spine surgeries and relatively-recent diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. Chronic physical pain and its accompanying challenges? Mental anxiety and challenges, real or imagined? Keep me at a stable emotional level that allows me to work through the others? Medicinal cannabis has been an unexpected but very able vehicle to provide relief. But strain selection, methods of administration and dosing are so important. This is not your father's (or grandfather's) $50-per-oz. Mexican pot that could get you high, but sloppy? G-d bless you, Noah! You are a kind and able healer. Think "Noah" has a fan club to overdo his ratings? He certainly seems to, but he EARNS that crowd. I've caught him twice in recent months. Patient, helpful, eloquent, and not afraid to ask an associate if he's not on top of some particular usually-collateral matter. Yet he's fast and efficient. He knows there's a crowd waiting, and doesn't just "hang" because he's having a great conversation about pot. It's a new, natural world out there that's being discovered. And the pros at Trulieve are obviously in the forefront of designing and furnishing specialized hammers for annoying nails. A wonderful place with wonderful people.
