Been going for a few months now. Ricky and Jess have helped me multiple times. They are always ready to help me find the medicine right for me. Front desk is super friendly and makes sure I know about any promotions going on. Will continue to shop this store.

Top shelf, professional and exceptional experience each and every time I visit. The staff is informative, friendly and eager to help w/ maybe 1 exception in all my times there - so I’d recommend/ask for 1) Noah G or 1a) Juan B.. and these guys will walk you through everything you could possibly want to know. And the best part is this place only going to get better as business is BOOMING - and rightfully so - but highly recommend to all Florida medical patients and don’t even waste your time at the other places. There are still things one would desire in a dispensary, however things have improved... mini nugs make flower more affordable, combine that with being loyal and the cost of medicine goes down.

Patient consultants take their time with each patient and really work to try to understand each patient's individual needs. Nick was extremely helpful in advising me which products are best suited for cooking and eating. Knowledgeable and helpful.

This was my first experience at a Florida medical marijuana dispensary. The service from Sam D was amazing, He really took his time to explain the all the services and strains Trulieve had to offer! The quality of my choice was spot on. I look forward to more strains being available , as wel, as the Minis .

With all the rapid, chaotic changes our state is under, it can certainly have an impact on these dispensaries, and this is all to say that I hope Trulieve gets their act together soon. The inconsistencies I experienced at their Dania location were beyond frustrating. I was so relieved to pick up my first flower order after receiving my recommendation, only to be turned away, even after I waited over an hour at the location for a pick up order from hours prior, even after I made sure with them before even being seen that I would be able to leave with the intended medication. However, this location at least, was misinformed on how to properly dispense flower, trying to take out thousands of mg I did not have in inhalation, saying I needed to call my doctor to get my dosage upped... Other dispensaries were able to dispense loose flower for 1 mg (replacing it after and leaving a note to my doctor for how much I purchased...) the proper way that I explained to Trulieve and they rejected. It wasn’t so much that I wasn’t able to get my medication, but that I was dismissed immediately before my questions were answered. I wish I got the lady’s name if I wasn’t so rushed, because she was so incredibly rude and short with me for no reason at all... in no way patient or willing to resolve the issue. It was like the minute I wasn’t a sale to them they were trying to kick me out. For patients who use all they have in them just to get out of their house and pick up their medication... dealing with uncomfortable, cold customer service really blows. No matter how good the product could be, that vibe keeps me far away.

Vanessa was the sweetest Trulieve employee I’ve ever met. More than helpful, knowledgeable and an all star with customer service.

This was my second dispensary I visited after obtained my license and I was so amazed at the difference! Trulieve is hands down the best one by far! Staff is so wonderful and so willing to help. Love the rewards and first time bonuses too!! Thanks for being the best of the best!!

Had no idea what to expect and had a fantastic experience. The dispensary is well appointed (clean & bright), and VERY professionally run. The staff is (also) very professional and knowledgeable. Julian was our dispenser and we would ask for him again. He knew the product inside and out, was courteous and made us feel very comfortable. You can tell he loves his job and where he works. The products I am using are very “clean” (I am very sensitive to artificial additives) and working without question.

Moved from Colorado a little while back and have been really pleased with these guys. Their help, product, and most importantly service are top notch. Shout out to Diego who was really helpful with my order today!

Hands down the best dispensary I've been to as a patient. They offer a wide range of products to fit anyone's medical needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and they provide excellent assistance. Can't wait for my next visit!
