Trulieve - Deerfield Beach

🔥🌳😙💭Best strains,only dispensary with new strains but service is horrible. Pre order and u still wait for hours. One time I pre ordered a day before and when I finally get in after the Long wait they tell me they are out of what was confirmed that I preordered...🤬

Saw Mitch the other day. Good guy. We had a good conversation about strains and categories and their effects. Another good experience. Quality products. I am starting to see more Indica strains, which is great. I would like to see more Indica concentrates. Good visit! Wait time is getting better.

Nice dispensary, friendly, patient and knowledgeable employees. It's a busy place. somedays the waiting can be long. They have delivery and pick-up-order on site. The employees that helped me are great! She and her co-worker went out if their way to help me.

I had a really great experience at Trulieve with Will! He was super super helpful especially with recommendations for strains. I really appreciated our conversation and his help and I felt like he went above and beyond service I've received at other dispensaries!! :))

I had Mitch as my bud tender and and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. In fact all of the staff is very friendly and this trulieve is my favorite.

It’s been a while since I have gone back to any dispensary. Done with pharmaceuticals and I have to give a big shout out to deerfield trulieve, And to Trevion, that man loves his job. Thank you for the direction and honesty my first time dealing with loose flower and an abundance of options. Great first experience with their flower love them all. Nice. Great for all my ailments. And functionality and yes, sleep! Comfortably. Adam is awesome, sweet, patient, and efficient. I made him a little crazy during a busy time and he gave me no rush feeling and was super helpful with strains and kind. Dennis....thank you for your help. Top notch patient services. Worst customer service on the face of this planet. I was also ripped off for 100 bucks by them on an exchange. Bought a Trulieve vape that overheated and cooked $100 worth of vape and they refused to replace the product even though the cart is full and discolored. I made no less than six phone calls to them requesting someone with management authority call me on several customer service issues. Got three calls back from six made to them. Promises were made and then someone else would get on the phone and say oh no we're not going to do that, the person you spoke too doesn't have that authority. If you call them to order anything be prepared to leave your name on a voicemail and wait at least four hours sometimes a day or more for a return phone call. Then they'll tell you what little they have in stock. There are plenty of other dispensaries around town to deal with that actually have some semblance of customer service. You don't need Truleveoverpriced merchandise and poor customer service. Postscript, sent 3 count them, yes 3 e-mail messages to the address "Erica" at Trulieve customer service provided in response to a poor yelp review. Did not get a single reply. Trulieve is total GARBAGE in my book.

Bait and Switch.... Advertise on site one thing and sell other.... THIRD TIME THIS HAPPENED.... Wait 50 mins not to have what i ordered. False advertising, when i ask a manager, their answer is always... "It's a different batch... So % is different." Once again that's BAIT AND SWITCH.

Placed order online and got email confirmation. Dispensary was very busy, hr wait for pre-order. After waiting I got called in as a walk-in. They didn't have my order and couldn't find the order online. Budtender Melissa was very nice but left bad taste in my mouth.
