Trulieve - Deerfield Beach

Kim and Melissa helped me out and both were courteous and enthusiastic to serve and help me with my products. I was "in and out" and they made it a very easy experience. Thank you Kim and Melissa.

The quality of the products both vapes and flower is and has been very good and has even gotten a little better, since I first started using Trulieve two years ago, when medical marijuana was first legalized in Florida. Placing orders for pick-up or delivery though, can be a nightmare. When you place the order, items you've ordered are not removed from available inventory, until they are actually packed and ready for pickup. Because of this, many times, my items that I ordered hours and even sometimes days earlier, are sold to customers over the counter. When they finally get around to packing up my order, many times, they are out of stock and I get the dreaded phone call to tell me they are out of stock on my order. I usually can only order at the beginning of each month, since I am disabled and on a fixed income. When they sell my items I've already ordered to customers over the counter, while I wait for a text confirming my order's fulfillment, it's extremely frustrating. I don't blame any of the employees for this problem, they are gracious and helpful without exception, in my experience. I blame corporate management, for not having a computer inventory system that can remove items from available stock in their computer system, when an order is placed, rather than hours or days later when it's actually fulfilled.

I have been to Trulieve before. I prefer Trulieve, over some of the other dispensaries. I am always greeted in a kind, friendly and engaging manner. Previous agents have always been knowledgeable. Today, Melissa M was exceptional. She took the time to give me a thorough description of all the different possibilities. She answered all my questions clearly, in a way I could understand. I left with a much better understanding of where I am in the process. And how I am to proceed. I would recommend Melissa M for a promotion and a raise.

As a cannabis attorney, I know a lot about the industry. But like a doctor who is terrible at treating their own ailments, I was leaning on the staff to guide me in the right direction. I was just approved for my card this week, and decided to try Trulieve first. Josh G. was not only extremely professional and full of knowledge, he took the time to work with me to find what will work best with my life style. I really enjoyed learning about all of the new products, and his explanations on what he thinks would work best for my pain relief. I will absolute me back, hopefully to see Josh G., as he was beyond helpful!

What a great staff!! Special shout out to Hernando and Celeste for the service. They were informative and able to correct the problems that I had created for them with smiles. Now that we have so many options for dispensaries, yippee, it is starting to come down to great service verses good service. Trulieve has no worries if the can staff their all stores with more Hernando's and Celeste's

I don’t know how their “line” system works but it’s ridiculous and takes way too long. I understand they can only have a few people in at a time but there’re more people coming out than they are calling in. An unbelievable amount of people waiting.

Love it ... people are nice but even if you get there at opening there is ALWAYS a wait and they don’t publish available menu on line and don’t have it any where u can see... so you might wait 1/2 hour and then not have anything you want.

I think they are terrific Melissa M and Esteban help me, And even though they weren’t able to get my medicine there they made sure I was able to get in Boynton there are always terrific

Everything from the moment I walked in was awesome. I was looking for minis and Hernando and Celeste definitely delivered. They had to search for the specific one I wanted, but they had no problem what so ever. They delivered amazing service and it was a pleasure.

Love this location , everyone is very helpful. Jovanie is very attentive to help and answer all questions i have. Every time I go There he informs me about new products and promotions the store has. In all very great service and great atmosphere.

Best shop I have found in the area, and judging by the line that never dies down, others probably agree. Quality is always excellent. Although the entire staff is awesome, Delaney is one of the best, and is always going to make sure you get exactly what you want. Take advantage of the pick up order system or be prepared to wait 45min-1hr.

Yesterday I came into the Trulieve Deerfield beach located and I was help by Hernando. He helped me find the correct strains I need for my day to day activities. I purchased my first TruStik in Gold “works amazing”. I went with the Ratio 1:1:1 with the Delta 8 thc. It was my first time trying Delta 8 and it worked amazing for my anxiety! Also I picked up an 1/8 of the NEW mini “8lb Hammer” flower which is great for sleep! Thanks for the help team. See you soon!

Love stopping by the Deerfield location they treat me and my partner very good. Today Jovanie and Kayla served me and helped me with choice for a specific ailment. Other times Erica and Delaney have served me as well as Kevin. They all know their products well and all have been very helpful in choosing the right product. Thanks to all at this location.
