Trulieve - Deerfield Beach

Stopped by this location for the first time because I was in the area, overall remarkable time procuring my favorite healing elixirs. The entire staff was helpful, courteous and a pleasure to interact with. Cookie, who was the lovely staff member assisting me, gave me very enlightening information and her advice on all of the products was first-rate. Excited to try out the Bbk with the Delta-8. Glad I made a point of checking out this location.

Really accommodating and friendly. I knew what I wanted and the very nice person helping me quickly found it. I also had a return item from a previous delivery. The vape cart was defective and also sent from a different location. After asking if I was using their battery , which I was, they gladly replaced the defective cart. Low wait times. Practically non existent on a Saturday afternoon. Super friendly service. I chose this location over one that is closer and I’m glad I did. More convenient with respect to my final location today. Trulieve has some of the best products in the FL medical market

First time going there, was a very simple, clean, and professional feel when you first walk in. Your greeted by young cool staff and that gives off a relaxed comfortable vibe inside. The person who rang up my product for me was Johanne, was very smart, social and gave perfect assistance. Again, having a younger staff to me is great, especially when they are social. It makes it feel more than just picking up a product, just everything about the entire environment makes it enjoyable from walking in to leaving. Plus my product was great as well. High recommend coming!

In my opinion Trulieve is the best dispensary chain in FL., and the Deerfield Beach location is great! It is very well run, and their system of ordering online and picking it up there is easy and efficient even when they are busy. I have never had a problem parking, except for their grand opening day... which was mobbed. The staff know their product inside and out, and I get they impression they are very big on patient satisfaction. Very professional staff here; Cassidy is always very pleasant and very knowledgeable.

The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. gave me a great explanation about their products and gave me a discount on my first purchase. i am definitely coming back here! would very highly recommend

Very knowledgeable. Came back for instructions on warming chamber, and replaced a broken Trustik pen - very patient, friendly and helpful staff. Went to Boynton first, and went to the newest Deerfield dispensary. Remember to ask for discounts available - especially for first time visitors.

Trulieve Deerfield Beach is such a pleasure to visit with a very knowledgeable staff. Don, is especially amazing, he always answers all my questions and help me make the right decision about products.

This is the 4th dispensary that I've been to in Florida and by far the best. The Boynton Beach one is nice also but this is closer. Anthony was so helpful. He was really patient and educated me as well. The variety of products here is fantastic. I was even told that if I try something and it's not OK, box it up quickly for an exchange. I won't need to do this but it's good to know! Great quality product. The Truberry is my new favorite. It's uplifting and relaxing at the same time.

I visited the store again for the fourth time….Mildred was amazing….the staff is amazing….from day one….the staff has been the most courteous, knowledgeable, informative and simply awesome. the strains are incredible….much love to the indica strain….Lemon OG Krush……Sativa…. that's exactly what we want…and more….Trulieve rocks!!!!!

Truelieve at Deerfield was great! Short wait, friendly staff and super clean! Joshua was very professional and helpful. He explained everything to me and made sense of it all! As a bonus, awesome return policy. 😊 Highly recommend.

David was great, I came in with a few stains that I was interested in and he helped me find something similar that they had in stock. My only negitive is that the stains available at the store and the strains that were shown available via leafly were different. I guess they hadn't updated the menu lately on the web page. But like I said, David helped me get something for my needs. Anti anxiety but also not a sleepy flower.

I went to the Deerfield dispensary for help with some product questions, even though I’ve shopped with Trulieve for awhile. A team members sat with me for probably close to half an hour. She went through everything with me— each product that I had already tried that didn’t work, each one that did, etc., and she helped me find really specific things to meet my needs. Not only is there a huge and high quality selection of products, but the customer service is top notch.

Love it, everyone is so kind and helpful. And closer to me than Miami or Lake Worth, any word of opening farther west?

This was my first visit to a dispensary. I was impressed at how knowledgable Joseph, our helper, was in giving me my options. Everyone was very helpful.
