Trulieve - Deerfield Beach

My budtender was Jovanie and he was extremely helpful! Definitely would recommend patients to this location!

I love the wide variety that Trulieve has. Everything isn’t always in stock but they can’t be blamed for this. This was my first dispensary experience. The bud-tenders inside were very helpful and also funny. This location has a nice lobby, with comfy chairs, that plays relaxing music as well.

The location is well marked and in a good area.

Longtime Truliever, first time reviewing. Every time I go every staff member is kind, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. My first time ever at the Deerfield location, David showed me the ropes and took his time explaining everything. Since then I've had a lot of help, most recently from Josh, Don, and Nate, who, even though the store was busy, took their time explaining smokable for me.

Robbie was great, Very knowledgeable which helped me a lot with my selection!

As long as I get to see Cassidy again! She was very nice.

Super friendly staff, Nikki is a sweetheart. Ivan and Dave were cool, even though they sold me ratio H/GDP, it was much stronger than I thought it would be. One thing to work on is the wait time, I had to wait 1 1/2 hr for a 13.00 pre-roll. It was an online order but I was early so I said fine I will just buy one and come back later for the online order, I waited so long that my online order was ready by the time I got in. Do you know how much that makes me not want to do it again?

Been here 3 times. The bud tenders couldn’t answer simple questions about the products, like do they grow with PGR’s? 3 of them had no idea what that was. Secondly, and most disappointingly, their cartridges are made with whatever strain oil they feel like using and then food grade flavor is added as “terps” I purchased a granddaddy purple cartridge and later learned the strain used for the oil was 9 pound hammer with some grape flavoring. How is this acceptable?

quality is hit or miss, always advertising higher THC content than what you actually get, yet price doesn't change. Supply is also a MASSIVE issue. Stock is rarely correct leading to numerous wasted trips and gas money. Online orders are poorly managed as half the time the order is either missing or they wait until you get there before you find out they don't have the product. Maybe 20% of the time they call. Corporate greed is their game as they continue to expand without fixing any of their issues. They know they can keep operating this way without reprecussions because of the poor structure of the Florida Medical market.

Great products and great service. Always been brand loyal to Trulieve and they never seem to fail. I had the pleasure of being served by William and William today who were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable bud tenders. Would recommend to anyone looking for clean quality cannabis products!

I cannot say enough great things about this location. We went there today and they were extremely helpful and patient. We worked with Elizabeth, Ernesto and Yeslie and all were so nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend Trulieve and especially this location.
