Trulieve - Jacksonville

I learn something new every visit. Staff is very friendly and patient.

Very knowledgeable staff, very professional atmosphere, great products!

Giovanni and the gang are on point. If you've got any trouble you'll never be disappointed. New products coming out and upgrades on the regular. The full metal cartridges and the sky walker concentrate can't get any better.

Everyone is pleasant and so eager to help, guide, and make you feel comfortable in every way. I have been going to Knox dispensary, and let’s just say I was disappointed in many different ways! Trulieve‘s prices are reasonable and their products have helped me immensely. Trulieve exceeds my expectations of a medicinal clinic and I am so happy that I am now a customer! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

First time using Trulieve and I was impressed by the facility and the staff. Reception desk was fast and friendly. I spoke with Miranda in the dispensary and she was very upbeat and knowledgeable on the different strains and gave me some good info on the usage. I have been using Knox and wanted to try Trulieve as I have heard good things about it. I will review the products once I have used them a bit.

Terrible location. There was a fatal car accident in front of this dispensary.

Really cold in front room, but excellent service.... the bud tenders know the correct information and are able to give good, personalized information for each patient.

Every visit has been top notch service by everyone, and they’re not only great obit also very knowledgeable about everything involving the dispensary products! Won’t go anywhere else!!

Miranda was awesome. She answered all of my questions with patience and helped me choose the product right for my situation.

I have been to the dispensary twice now. Both times where easy and painless. My first visit the man behind the counter took plenty of time to explain the process to me. He never made me feel rushed and he answered all my questions. I already knew what I wanted on my 2nd visit so it was a quick visit. I will shop here again and I will definitely recommend this dispensary.

First timer, Miranda was very patient and helpful. Extremely clean and professional all around. A bit cramped, especially in the back. It was odd having a medical conversation with a line of people 18" away. Parking is extremely limited so try to time it for the slower hours.

Awesome and convenient.

Fun/Friendly Environment Great & Knowledgeable Staff Overall amazing products

Trulieve and staff are extremely professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. Their products are fairly priced and consistent. I couldn't ask for more, this has been a great experience.

Great! I've been to several locations in other states because we happen to travel a lot with my husband's job. So I know what dispensaries are like on all sides of the country. And Trulieve is a great place, especially the Jacksonville location. They've got a pretty good setup. The staff was super awesome, too, not just the budtenders, the front desk help as well. My two fav budtenders I've used that were SO knowledgeable, and I secretly hope I get them every time I go in, are Jeremy and Giovanni. But like I said, everyone was super awesome.

SO glad I found Trulieve and their wonderful products. I've been in a couple of times. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are knowledgable and willing to answer any questions you might have. I think it's great that they offer discounts, too. Keep it up, Trulieve!

Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all their products. They will take the time to help you even if your newbie that knows nothing:-).

Great products. Clean and professional. Knowledgeable staff.

I feel comfortable going into the dispensary. They have a very good variety of products to choose from. Only problem is that they tend to be out of stock on things. Very nice representatives and very helpful. Conner at the Jacksonville location was great yesterday when I visited.

Although the location might not be the best, this Trulieve did not fail to deliver the quality experience I've come to know and love from Trulieve. Corey was very helpful, quick, and knowledgeable. The dispensary was clean, and all of the staff was warm and welcoming. Thank you guys for helping this Army vet. Marijuana has saved my life.

Great facility. Jose was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Best products out of all the dispensaries.

Excellent service. Miranda was awesome. This was my first time and she walked me through everything. She set me up with a first time package to fit my everyday needs. This was a pleasure, all my questions were answered and the recommendations were on point. I will be returning here for my refills. Thank you for making this a great experience!

Entire building was exceptionally clean and staff was very knowledgeable, this was my first visit and Miranda took time with me to explain all of the options. Highly recommend Trulieve

Unbelievably great!!!! Their Trustik pure concentrate vape cartridges are unriveled in every way, also the tenders and staff are very knowledgeable and have great personalities, they will make you feel at ease no matter how unfamiliar or worried you are going to a dipensary. I have been to the other place and they are ok but Trulieve is far superior in every single way, Trulieve has better prices, more variety with more strains, and better experience/feel when going there.
