Trulieve - Miami

I so love this place! Marilyn was dispensary specialist yesterday (Black Friday Sale!) and she was amazing. She was able to look up my past purchases so I could get the same product as I did back in July. Her energy was wonderful and amazing, she answered all my questions and gave me some really great recommendations. It's so nice to find someone that truly enjoys their job in Miami, it's rare for sure. This location is really wonderful, I've never shopped anywhere else because the customer service, reception area and every other aspect is completely spot on. Marilyn continued to deliver the excellence I have come to expect from this location. Thanks to all and have a very happy and safe holiday season!!! :)

This is my go-to location! My past visit, Ivo assisted me. I have recommended Trulieve to friends and they love it as well!

Great products. Terrible wait times. Impossible online order for pick up. Arenna gave great customer service considering the circumstances. Patients should never be made to wait over 2 hours with not even an update, then they guy at the counter has the nerve to make me feel rushed as if I'm bothering him! If they had a menu board or price list menu I wouldnt have to ask so many questions. I'll keep shopping at One Plant where they deliver fast and friendly service to patient.

Very friendly staff Arenna was so sweet and friendly, immediately signed me up for rewards and gave me my discount card. After a quick wait the manager Ron took me to meet my bud tender Michael J who (I’m just saiyan his hair!!) took time to help me decide what I should take. Very good experience and helpful staff!!! Thanks guys!!!

Came in as a visitor with a patient. We worked with Rey. He was super helpful and extremely patient. He took his time to explain and show the different product options. Thanks Rey!

This is by far the worst location Truelieve has. Horrible customer service, I was humiliated by an employee as I was checking in for a pick up. I mentioned I wanted to add to my order and the employee was furious. She told me orders could not be modified and said she would make an exception because it wasn’t busy but normally she would not allow any modifications on orders. I will never set foot in there again. What’s going on Trulieve? Where’s your service going? What’s your plan to provide a pleasant accommodating clinic for patients? embarrassing

Ordered online. Picked up no problem. Very easy. Michael J was nice and pleasant. I will be back for sure.

The office is clean and comfortable. The staff is informed and informative, professional, but warm and personable. I wish every medical office in the Miami area had their high standards of service and performance. I highly recommend this location and offer kudos to the management and staff for the dedicated, thoughtful, and great job they do. (And if you only knew what an SOB I can be when I encounter second rate, indifferent service, you'd know just how much praise and gratitude I think this office and staff deserves.)

Quality is good, employees are nice but the wait times are very long and there’s no reliable way to know stock levels so it’s hit or miss.

The staff is very friendly & honest. easy to find & plenty parking.

I have mixed feelings about this location. I also have mixed feelings on Florida's MMJ program but Trulieve does accomidate my medical inconveniences. Don't want to point fingers or say names but My guy gives me the good stuff so I'm medically satisfied. Thanks Bruh ⛈️🆑

They have the most variety in the Miami area and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! I always listen to Kris and Michael’s recommendations, they never disappoint 🙌🏻

My wife and I called at around 6pm to ensure that we'd be helped if we got there around 6:30 as they close at 7pm..we were told that as long as we're in before 7,then we'll definitely be seen. We got there around 6:35pm and was checked in by a very nice security guard who was giving us valuable info (our first time at a dispensery). Another colleague, Berto, came out and was taking care of some things on a computer and was chatting with us and answering our questions. He advised us that since it's around closing their is just 1 person taking care of sales inside - no big deal, we were ok with waiting. Berto then took it upon himself to take us back and take care of us himself as he was answering all our questions anyways. His knowledge and information was very valuable and he made the entire process so smooth and seamless. We haven't tried the products yet but so far we've been highly impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of Trulieve and the Miami location, in specific.

I was so disappointed by the removal of the flower menu 😔. Personally i am a very visual person and i like to see all the different strains available it avoids me asking that same question more than once and keeps me open to asking more informative questions about the product. I do not believe this was taking away from my interaction with Trulieve staff it was actually engaging us more💚. Bring back the menus and implement it in every trulieve location.

Michael J is amazing. He knows more about Cannabis then anybody I’ve ever met. By the way, those street pot holes are the only thing stopping me from coming every week

The store looked great, very clean and awesome staff! Greeted immediately, was being helped by Chris within 3-4 minutes of being there! Chris was awesome and we talked genetics and about the new rosin. Very smart guy! Will definitely be coming back. My 1st order was actually delivery, and that was quick and painless. 2/2! - William

Love this place! People that work there are all fantastic. I have only had great experiences here. Last time I was in I worked with Michael. He did a great job. First, he introduced me to some new product to help me with some medical issues with anxiety. I had the opportunity to use this and he was 100% on his game. OCO. Secondly, I needed some refills and needed a pen. Michael was on his game with all of my needs. They say they are opening on the beach. They are 6 miles North West of me and with the great service and product, I don't see why I would ever change. Great job all of you at Trulieve! Serious teamwork.

Chris and Andres were so nice and patient, they explained the differences between the strains I was interested, listened carefully to what I was looking for and gave me recommendations based on my needs. The service was more than perfect. This will be my local store from now on. For sure. It felt like they really cared about helping.
