If I could give negative stars I would, terrible customer service, poor weed quality and just overall a bad experience, security guards treated me so terrible and after arriving in the shop the bud tenders seemed like they didn't know anything about the different strains or what strains could help with my illness, was not impressed and ended up going somewhere else for my marijuana needs

I find it rather unfortunate that this place is as popular as it is given that they are trying to end medical marijuana in the state of Washington. Instead of pushing for regulations to be adopted by the medical program, they are calling for the outright end of it. One of the reasons they cite for this is that these medical dispensaries are costing the state money in the form of tax revenue (even though they are medical patients that would have those taxes refunded). They also claim that concentrates are "the crack of weed" and that anything with more than 15% isn't medically necessary. However they gladly sell these same items while saying medical dispensaries should be closed for doing the same. The owner of Uncle Ike's and his workers (and their friends/family) also fluff up reviews here and on facebook. They also flag and ban accounts on Facebook that leave them negative reviews or ask questions they are uncomfortable with answering. Don't just take my word for it, here is that letter they sent: http://www.scribd.com/doc/250521804/MeinartLetter#scribd I've repeatedly been told that the owner doesn't believe in everything in this letter ( even though he put his company's name on it), which certainly doesn't put my worries at ease. I've also asked if they ever sent a follow-up explaining that they don't agree with the original letter. That has never been responded to.

No love at/for Uncle Ike's. The "hurry up and buy, now gtfo" vibe, poor selection, and basic lack of knowledge/customer service make this place a serious last resort shop. The overall aesthetic is as uninviting as the staff, and I wasn't a one and done guy, I've been several times and have only been happy with the experience twice. Find another shop. There are plenty of shops in Seattle that will treat you like more than a dollar sign. **Wanted to give no stars, but that's not a thing, apparently.**

Maryam! Thank you for being so friendly. This is the best shop for quality and price. I've been to almost all rec. disp. shops and Uncle Ikes is by far mine and my husband's favorite place. We recently immigrated from Chile and have really enjoyed the options available at this location.

There are a lot of people who like Uncle Ike's vibe. I'm not one of them. The store feels like a cattle line and I didn't leave any more knowledgeable about the products they carried. Their product selection is affordable and at times overwhelming. The Budtender knew everything they had in stock though, so that was helpful. We got what we paid for though when it came to the product, cheap dry nugs. But like I said, at least it is affordable.

Gotta love their store hours! Last time I was in Seattle they were a lifesaver...good products, budtenders were eager to help, and open late.

My go to shop in Seattle...knowledgable about products, professional, great customer service...Sheri is the best :) introduced me to some new strains I would not have thought to try on my own!

I was there during a busy time so maybe it's not always that slow but once I got help everything was great. The littles are my favorite.

Very nice store, quality flowers, staff in the head shop were great but staff in the dispensary need a lesson in customer service and maybe not smoking so much at work. Guy I dealt with was spaced out, didn't make eye contact ever and mumbled a lot. Skinny blond hipster type with glasses.

All in all, I will say ok. Prices definately are NOT "cheaper" than everywhere as they claim, they are just selling for what they can depending on what they get it for. Their "cheap" weed is also lower quality, along with every other retail pot shop. The producer/processors are responsible for the quality and unlike some of the whining out there, retailers aren't taking anything from producer/processors. A lot of the producing clowns don't know how to run a business so they blame retailers. This place and another, which I've reviewed, have some of the best pricing categories. Things to improve on; selection, menu doesn't work well on website and a bit more product training.

Every time I step into this store I leave satisfied with most of my purchases. The staff are polite and sincere with assisting your needs. Wide variety of baller concentrates and top shelf strains for a solid price range. I can't lie, this place makes me want to fuck up some commas every time I make the visit. It's wonderful, keep it up Uncle Ike's!!

Richard and Amanya are the best budtenders they have! Totally chill and full of knowledge. After fighting to get a parking space they are always so nice that I forget about how hard it is to get in this place! More parking would make it 10 times better!! BUT the fight is worth it. Great shop! Great product.

Very accessible. The service was phenomenal and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable. Extremely wide variety of everything. I enjoyed looking at the menu before I spoke with one of their staff so I knew what to ask. 5 star experience ALL DAY!

Well everyone has felt over rushed or whatever. Look if you want to talk and share your knowledge at the counter while others are waiting to purchase. Let me just say that you'll feel the same way if you were doing the same thing at Dollar tree. Just look buy and get out. Exactly what I did and things went just great.

Yo, I went to uncle ikes and had a great experience!!! Andrew the bud tender was very knowledgable and helped me select a pack of some prerolled blueberry essence joints. Today my wife and I will enjoy them thangs thanks to Andrew and the uncle Ikes crew!!!!!!

This is a must see Shop if you visit Seattle. They have so many different products, helpful staff and good parking.

It's a cool store. The staff are friendly and for the most part knowledgeable. The location if convenient although parking lot is frequently full. Their prices is where they lag behind competition. Sure, they have specials once in a while and a 10% discount bin but in comparison other dispensaries have better prices.
