Ike’s Outlet at White Center

Too many hoops to go through for discounts. The price you see online not necessarily the price you pay. Other places are also cheaper without discounts than Uncle Ike's with discounts. For me Ike's has lost a customer.

They're great. Prices are always half of what other dispensaries are charging. I drive a little extra just to save a significant amount of money on my weekly thc & cbd needs. I don't go to weed shops for the atmosphere or even the employee attitudes because for the majority of my life I bought on a streetcorner. So, anything indoors and legality are all I require.

A quality store with a super friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend the experience. Best prices in the city!

I had the worst experience with the manager Jen. If that’s even her name. The customer service was awful when I was calling about returning a cartridge I bought early this week because it had shorted out. I was told at the Central District location that it would be no issue for them to reprint my receipt, especially because I’m a loyal member. Jen absolutely refused and just hid behind horrible logic. When I asked for her manager, she said she was the manager. I then asked for her manager’s e-nail and she refused to give it. Eventually she put me on hold and gave me an e-mail address. Guess what? The e-mail address she gave came back as an error saying it doesn’t exist. I’m so disgusted that they couldn’t even deliver a good e-mail address for me to advance my concern. I’m sorry Uncle Ike’s but with customer service like that you will no longer be “Seattle’s Favorite Pot Shop” I’m so disappointed. Uncle Ike’s will no longer be this Seattlites first choice.
