I had the worst experience with the manager Jen. If that’s even her name. The customer service was awful when I was calling about returning a cartridge I bought early this week because it had shorted out.
I was told at the Central District location that it would be no issue for them to reprint my receipt, especially because I’m a loyal member.
Jen absolutely refused and just hid behind horrible logic.
When I asked for her manager, she said she was the manager.
I then asked for her manager’s e-nail and she refused to give it. Eventually she put me on hold and gave me an e-mail address. Guess what? The e-mail address she gave came back as an error saying it doesn’t exist.
I’m so disgusted that they couldn’t even deliver a good e-mail address for me to advance my concern.
I’m sorry Uncle Ike’s but with customer service like that you will no longer be “Seattle’s Favorite Pot Shop”
I’m so disappointed. Uncle Ike’s will no longer be this Seattlites first choice.
So i got a 2 pack pre roll out of their employee picks....got home and it's 2 years old...with an exp date most places have a one year exp date on their prerolls for a reason...also the store feels like your being rushed through..decent bus tenders though and some decent kush deals
