Always friendly and quick service.

Great 1st time johnna was an awesome budtender help me make some awesome choices on flower

I love it here!

Not a single thing to dislike about Urb. Soon as you hit the door, your greeted with smiling faces! The selection is top quality and there is something for everyone!

Elizabeth was my bud tender/customer service rep and she was very warm and friendly. I used to drive to ann arbor for my marijuana needs , since finding urb its my new home!

Everyone here is very helpful and know their stuff. Would recommend this place.

Like the atmosphere when compared to other shops. Felt quality was a bit lacking in comparison but overall great. They don’t require masks and seem to appreciate freedom so for now they’ll get my money. Some of the workers seems shady. Had a door guy that’s a real piece of work.

Very good prices and friendly faces. Bus tenders were not very knowledgeable about the products or services offered.

Friendly atmosphere and very helpful. I love this place. Recommend it to all my friends
