Awful company. The delivery drivers will substitute your items for cheaper products but insist you still pay full price. If you have any issues they will tell you to email them -- then never respond. I have tried three times over the last 19 days. Because of my request for a credit / refund they have now started cancelling my orders. This is just a drug dealer pretending to be a legitimate business. Use at your own risk. Better yet report them to the the BBB or CA Chamber of Commerce.

Worst service ever! I woke up two days in a row at 6am and placed my order as soon as they opened. I even took extra steps to message the dispatcher and explained I have to leave for work at 3 and would require my delivery to be there before then. For two days in a row these people really had me have to cancel my order because they failed to deliver it within my available time frame! I woke up at fucking 6am and ordered! It really isn't unreasonable to have my order by 2 in the afternoon. The dispatcher even told me that even if you place your order first if they recieve another order after you that is closer to their drivers current location your order will be pushed back and that order will be delivered first! Wtf! Some bullshit. And mind you this is how they treat their "VIP" too. This delivery service needs to be put out of business. Horrible service and rude dispatchers that don't know shit!

Urban Flavours has been my go-to! Even after relocating from the Bay... they stayed w/the best system. Ordered early in the day some high THC product @$70-$80/oz, paid online, and waited for the delivery. No problems. All of a sudden - the online pymt system changed which my bank disallows. Now I'm running out for cash.. The 34-40% THC ounces gone at least for the last 2 times ordering. What was once a beautiful arrangement has soured.
